Disappointed totally. Disgusting experience.

The location is great.

Cons:

The floor was totally dirty, with pieces of food from previous occupants. The toilet wasn’t clean, even food from fridge wasn’t taken. I assume nobody cleaned the room at all. I wonder when it became normal to neglect cleaning after previous clients? The hotel would be ok but they have really serious issues with cleaning. How to sleep in dirty bedding? Its basics you expect from staying in a hotel. I believe it’s not safe any more.

When I see Hilton Garden Inn, I expect the bathrooms to be very modern and more updated.
Pros:

We did'nt do breakfast on site because it was not complimentary breakfast

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be updated, Rm 219. Some mold spots in shower, toilet paper hold needs to be replaced

The lady on breakfast first 2 mornings was a delight next morning the poor lady wason her own and no help. Several women on reception stood talking not heping
