La réactivité et le professionnalisme de la personne qui m'a reçu et qui a trouvé une solution rapide au problème de réservation que vous avez eu avec Booking.

Cons:

J'avais une réservation Booking pour mon séjour, que votre salarié n'a pas retrouvé dans votre système, suite apparement à un "échange" entre mon prénom et mon nom dans vos systèmes informatiques. Votre salarié a été très professionnel et m'a trouvé une chambre de substitution. Globalement, j'ai trouvé l'hôtel un peu sale. Présence de toiles d'araignée à la porte de l'escalier à côté de la réception (rien à voir avec la décoration d'haloween). L'escalier était très sale, présence de terre partout dans les marches et sur le palier (terre présente les 2 jours de ma réservation). Moquette de la chambre pas très propre.

Emplacement et les lits

Cons:

La salle de bain est une cabine, avec le wc inclus, c'est inacceptable dans un hôtel de ce prix. Celui qui a inventé ça n'y a certainement jamais pris une douche. Aucun frigo, espace de rangement tres minimaliste.
