Pros:

Nice location close to big commercial centres and restaurants. The hotel was quiet and you could not hear the noise on the street or from other guests

Cons:

It is dirty and needs serious maintenance. The toilets are not clean . They have some cheaper rooms with no coffee machine and if you go on the 1 st floor where there is a comun coffee machine they scream at you

Overall good. Some small improvements would make it excellent.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and knowledgable of the local area. Room was clean and cleaning staff did an excellent job daily. Air conditioning was brilliant. Pool great temperature.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could have had a little more variation. More poolside beds would have been beneficial. Gym space/equipment limited.

L’emplacement géographique (à mi-chemin entre le centre ville et la mer, et à côté de la cité des sciences / des jardins Turia) - tout près des arrêts de bus et des stations velib
La gentillesse du personnel
La taille de la chambre et sa climatisation silencieuse
La propreté générale de l’établissement

Cons:

Gestion des transats à la piscine : les gens laissent leurs serviettes mais ne sont pas à la piscine. Nous n’avons pu trouver des transats que quelques jours sur la semaine

Pros:

Great hotel, fantastic location close to the science park, comfortable beds, very clean overall-good breakfast selection, fresh and tasty, friendly staff.

Cons:

although the breakfast selection was good it was quite repetitive, there could have been better selection of warm food or of the food could be alternated-only a suggestion not a major problem. Also limited amount of English channels, not that we spent much time watching tv but it could have been nice to chill after busy day

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit inkorrekter Leistungsabrechnung
Pros:

Terrasse war sehr schön und geräumig, aber es gibt keinen Sonnenschutz. Beide Barbereiche waren einladend und es machte Spaß, dort zu sitzen.
Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 4 Personen 2 Zimmer mit Frühstück über Booking.com gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Vor Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist haben wir Booking.com darüber informiert. Das Hotel hat diese Reduzierung nicht akzeptiert. Obwohl nur 3 Personen gefrühstückt haben, haben wir 4 Frühstücke bezahlt. Außerdem hatten wir das Hotel diesbezüglich angeschrieben, haben aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Klimaanlage funktionierte in einem Zimmer nicht. Erst nach der 2. Reklamation wurde die Klimaanlage repariert.
Am Swimmingpool gibt es zu wenig Liegen.

Il personale alla reception era cordiale, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. La camera pulita, con vista panoramica e letto molto grande oltre. Accappatoi, ciabatte e mini bar.

Cons:

I due ragazzi del bar della piscina scortesi, abbiamo chiesto 3 drink e dopo mezz'ora di attesa ci ha detto di aver dimenticato quale fosse il terzo drink. Abbiamo chiesto degli snack come aperitivo ma ci è stato detto che avevano solo delle che però sono arrivate quando ormai avevamo finito di bere i drink.

Buena ubicación y personal de 10, pero con detalles importantes a mejorar.
Pros:

La ubicación, esta en frente del Museo de las Artes y las Ciencias y hay una zona muy buena de bares y restaurantes, tambien hay un centro comercial con mas ocio.
El personal tan agradable del hotel.
La habitación era amplia.
Aunque el check-out es a las 12:00 p.m, te guardan las maletas en el caso de quieras aprovechar el día y tu vuelo salga tarde, tambien te dejan hacer uso de la piscina y sus instalaciones.

Cons:

La zona de la piscina era muy pequeña para toda la gente que había, en las horas puntas era imposible coger una hamaca y estaba llena de niños.
El desayuno demasiado caro, costaba 22€/pp.
El check-in muy tarde, hasta las 16:00 no nos dieron la habitación...
Nos dieron dos camas individuales juntas a pesar de haber reservado una de matrimonio y cuando hicimos el check-in nos dijeron que las camas se asignaban por orden de llegada, cosa que nos descoloco un poco, la solución que nos dieron era que al dia siguiente cuando se hiciese la limpieza de la habitación, nos ponian una sabana para hacerla de matrimonio, mala gestión la verdad.

Good location for the Ciutat Arts i Ciences.
Pros:

Excellent shower. Excellent wifi throughout the hotel. Very good aircon. Good firm king size bed. Pool area was invaluable because it was very hot - mid-high 30's. Lots of shade but quite busy - not always a sunbed free.

Cons:

No kettle in the room. Bathroom felt unfinished - no hooks or towel rail. Rate included breakfast but would have happily paid less to skip.

Excellent stay in mid-town high standard hotel
Pros:

As we arrived early, we were offered towels to go by the pool till the room was ready which was great. The breakfast was excellent - there was nothing left out that you could wish for and everything was of a high standard. All the staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful - esp the receptionists on our 1st day who answered my million questions but then we never saw them again (I think it was Belen and Pablo). The pool area was excellent and kept extremely clean. The location is perfect - exactly half way between the Old City and the beach - and right opposite the City of Arts and Science which is not to be missed. We'll be back - thanks!

Cons:

Could have had a few more hooks, shelves and drawers in the room - maybe because we stayed longer than most, we missed them. But nothing else - everything was perfect.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza y los desayunos

Cons:

La atención recibida en la cena por la persona encargada del salón , pues varias veces se olvidó de servirnos la bebida y había que recordárselo . Esto nos extrañó porque éramos muy pocos cenando y nos hizo sentir ignorados .
