Excellent location, very good hotel and staff were all great.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. Only small gripe they pushed their evening buffet, which we tried and it was OK but not exceptional. Breakfast was good, albeit, coffee machines slow, varied in fill up quantity and one in particular seemed to keep breaking down. Cleaning staff were very good, bar staff too. The terrace we had was great, just the door furniture was a little loose. Overall a great stay, thank you.

Cons:

Not much really, coffee machines could have been better.

Overall this was a very good stay and we enjoyed both the hotel and Valencia.
Pros:

Good location, close to a lot of public transportation, the park, shopping, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is varied and tasty. It was also very quiet and the AC in the room was functioning well having sufficient adjustment (especially for us who don’t want to stay in a freezer, which seems to be the case in a lot of hotels)

Cons:

A few small nitpicks: pool is rather small and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
