La télévision n'a jamais fonctionnée, et ce en pleine coupe du monde! Nous avons quitté le lendemain. Nous avons demandé une compensation financière mais on nous a seulement offert des points inutile. Aucune solution, explications minables. Il ne sert à rien d'avoir des télé Android toute neuve si rien ne fonctionne. Nous n'étions pas les seuls. J'en ai discuté au déjeuner avec d'autres clients. Au prix de la nuit en ce 4 juillet, le tout doit être impécable. Il serait bien d'avoir plus de chariot de baggages au lobby. Jamais un problème dans les autres Holiday inn Express.

We were surprised at the poor service we received here as we have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and have always had a good experience. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as it was close by to a work assignment I had. For starters we arrived at 3:45pm. No one was at the front desk and we waited over 5 minutes for someone to appear. We wondered why there were about 15 people sitting in the lobby staring at us. When the front desk worker finally appeared she told us we were not able to check in until 4pm and to wait in the lobby/breakfast area. Ok, so that explained why so many others were waiting in the lobby and were focused on the front desk. So we joined the others waiting. At exactly 4pm the front desk worker motioned for the people closest to the front desk to come forward to check in. Someone else had arrived after us but before 4pm so we wondered how the lone front desk worker was going to keep track of who arrived first and so on. When our turn came to check in it was 4:15pm. So much for a 4pm check-in! Since the hotel did not seem busy it seemed a bit ridiculous to wait until exactly 4pm to check all of the guests in and with only one front desk worker. When we arrived at our room we noticed an odor like perfume or cologne. After the hassle of checking in we decided to just deal with it as opposed to asking for another room. When we returned to our room at the end of the next day our card keys did not work. So we trudged back down to the front desk. The front desk worker re-activated our keys and no apology was given. We asked why our keys were de-activated and we were told a mistake was made and the keys were only activated for one night versus two.
Upon check-out I asked for a printed receipt as I needed this for reimbursement purposes for my job. The front desk worker appeared to struggle with this request. After several minutes she asked if I could accept an email receipt instead. I told her that if possible I really wanted a printed one. After several more minutes she finally figured out how to print the receipt.
During our entire two day stay the young lady at the front desk was the only one we saw working it. We really felt sorry for her as she seemed quite overwhelmed. It was obvious she made the mistake with the card keys and was not trained on how to print a receipt.
The area across from the parking lot was under construction so we had to endure some construction noise during our stay.
We didn't have any complaints about supplies, cleanliness or breakfast.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel until they can improve their customer service experience.

The lady at check in tried charging me twice for the room. When I used the bed it looked like there were a few dirt spots on the pillows and a few on the mattress. I stay here often and never had an issue like this i fear I might have got charged twice but I'll see once I get my credit card statement
Everything was clean, beds are comfortable, kids loved the included breakfast and all staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, we canceled a different hotel reservation to rebook this hotel.
Loved everything about it...but I had to check out the 15th of June instead of the 16th, due to an emergency. I was told by staff yo reach out for the extra day I paid.
