Staff gentile, posizione perfetta, lacation è molto carina
Al inizio ci hanno dato la stanza con la scale terribile dentro, noi abbiamo 2 bimbi , con 1 che ha 2 anni ( che era indicato) ed secondo me era improponibile. Poi abbiamo fatto upgrade pagando supplemento ed spostandoci in un altra stanza ( però abbiamo già portate tutte le valigie ect al 2 piano 🤨)
Location and reception staff initial attitude
Dirty carpets in the room, loud scricky ventilation in the bathroom, dirty vater system leading to the bathtub (resulting in blue plastic like shreds in the water, not possible to use the shower in the bathroom (no switching nob), old furniture that doesn't stay closed, I was promised a refund for breakfast for a small inconvenience they caused (without asking, they proposed) and when I asked in the morning for it, they said the staff will be scolded by the manager (which is a very strange way to compensate for an inconvenience). I would suggest avoiding this place, given that the management thinks that a guest would take pleasure in knowing that the staff would be scolded (especially given that I said that all is fine).

Paar Meter von der Ammakirche. Ein sehr schönes Gebäude, ruhige Lage.. Fernseher, der gleich funktioniert.
Vielleicht aus Versehen habe ich anstatt Einzellbetten, auf Doppelbett angeklickt, und konnte nicht mehr austauschen, da es keine Zimmer gab.

Zarezerwowałem dwa pokoje ,na miejscu okazało się że znajdują się w innych budynkach i jeden jest malutki a drugi o większych parametrach oczywiście zapłaciłem tak samo za każdy,kelner nieprzyjemny i sprawiający wrażenie obrażonego,recepcja ok.
