The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We heard no noise from the halls, other tvs or other people in general.
I would have liked a grab bar in the shower and something to prevent the shower floor from being slippery.

Staff, location, cleanliness
Great place to stay when visiting Cape Cod. Nice view of the working harbor. Central location, easy access to other towns on Cape Cod. Our room was brand new and included secure easy off street parking.
Well decorated and clean accommodations right across from the ferry to Nantucket or the Vineyard. Everything is close by! Great restaurants next door or just a few streets away on Main.
Parking was great, the room was very lovely and spacious.

Change the carpet for a tile floor or something difrent but ease no carpet looks disgusting all wet etc

We had another wonderful stay at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel! It continues to be our favorite place, not only for the excellent location and the consistently clean, comfortable rooms, but truly because of the people - such a great team.
A special thank you to Velma for the care and attention she puts into making sure everything runs smoothly. It does not go unnoticed. And Brianna at the front desk was a pleasure to see, welcoming us with a smile and going out of her way to be helpful every time.
Mom and I have been coming here for girls weekends for years and would not stay anywhere else! The team always goes above and beyond, and it makes all the difference. Looking forward to our next trip!
