Just had the continental breakfast. It was ok. No hot water for showers.

Lady who made breakfast was super nice and helpful. The woman who checked us in seemed bothered that she had to help us.

Staff rude, especially lady in front always wearing a hat, supervisor was wonderful, she never had anyone come to clean room even fresh towels had to beg in front desk, not accommodating to the disabled and rude to children

The room was comfortable, but the staff couldn't help with any issues we had.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, along with the lobby and main areas. Plenty of parking, pleasant smell in both lobby and room, lots of choices in the convenience "store."

Cons:

The keys to the room didn't work, and the employee gave us another set. However, those also didn't work, and she told us that it was most likely a problem with the battery and couldn't help us any further. She was pretty unfriendly and acted like she didn't want to be bothered.
