Would stay here again!
Pros:

Hot tub at 8AM was the best thing! Pool is a plus if you have kids. Breakfast is an option although we didn’t take advantage of that. Check-in at 3PM and check-out at noon was great!

This hotel met our needs for this particular trip.
Pros:

The location was great. Front desk staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We liked having the extra chair in the room.

Cons:

The seat on the toilet was loose. I reported it to the front desk but it was never really tightened. Also, there was a stain on the sheet on one of the beds.

My overall stay was fine.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was a price for breakfast. How can you charge the customers for a "Continental breakfast " and $2.00 which should be free. That is absurd. Also when I checked in the front desk person just handed me my keys and did not say another word. I had to ask her if there was breakfast. Customer service on her part was not great but overall the staff was very nice.

Bed sliep goed, geen schoonmaak! Alles zelf vragen bij de receptie. Zwembad was alleen de laatste dag open...... ontbijt is lekker. Goeie mooie locatie.

Cons:

Dat er geen enkele keer schoon gemaakt is.
Handdoeken en wc papier zelf moeten vragen bij de receptie.....

Front staff with attitude and room, not ready until 5 o’clock
Pros:

Reception woman extremely unfriendly with an attitude. The room was not ready at 4:30 in the afternoon and we’re told to sit down and wait. We’re not even greeted with a hello or offered water while we waited for over half an hour along with other guests for our room to be ready. Then showed additional attitude while finally checking us in. Very unfriendly. Will not go back here.

A courteous greeting would have been niceespecially given we had a wait over half an hour for our room and were late for dinner as a result.
