Excelente localização e bom preço, tudo o mais de ruim a razoável.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, o café da manhã é ok, o saguão é bonito e o espaço do quarto é bom. E só.

Cons:

Há uma disparidade grande entre a imagem projetada pelo saguão do hotel e os quartos em si, que requerem manutenção e não condizem com um 4 estrelas. Teto, janelas e banheiro deixam a desejar. O atendimento dos funcionários é errático, não parece haver treinamento. Definitivamente não condiz com uma rede grande. Como o valor da tarifa estava bom, acaba sendo tolerável.

Localização muito boa bem pertinho da Paulista e do ponto de encontro dos transfers para shows internacionais, funcionários solícitos e café da manhã excelente. O quarto era bastante espaçoso, o chuveiro sempre com água quente, e o ar condicionado funcionava direitinho.

Muito boa.
Pros:

Hotel possui restaurante com almoço e jantar o que facilita muito. O quarto possui mesa e ferro de passar roupas.

Cons:

Região é um pouco barulhenta durante o dia. Prefira quartos dos fundos ou andares mais altos. Manter a janela totalmente fechada ajuda a reduzir bastante a poluição sonora.
