O espaço do quarto, a localização e a gentileza dos funcionários.
A televisão não funcionava no quarto. Um técnico foi tentar resolver o problema por 3 vezes e não conseguiu. Pedi para mudar de quarto, não havia disponibilidade. Somente no terceiro dia a partir da reclamação foi possível fazer a troca de quarto. Como a estadia seria longa (10 diárias), esta questão era importante, assim como o wifi, que caía seguidamente também no segundo quarto.
Em alguns horários há filas imensas na recepção, mais ou menos o que acontece no Ibis, apenas que este hotel, por ser mais caro, não deveria apresentar esse problema. O café da manhã nos finais de semana também é problemático, pois demoram muito para repor o buffet. A conclusão é que o hotel tem poucos funcionários e que o custo benefício já foi bem melhor.
