Yhteistilat majoittujille oli huiput

Cons:

Huone oli epäsiisti. Lattiaa ei ollut imuroitu ja huoneessa oleva väliseinä joka on lasia oli täynnä roiskeita ja jälkiä. Muuten huone oli toimiva ja sopivan kokoinen ja löytyi kaikki tarvittava.

Pros:

Frühstück war super und sehr unfangreich.
Abendessen gab es zusätzlich auf Vorbestellung einen Tag vorher.
Gastgeber super freundlich und in den wunderschönen Garten kann man den Aufenthalt sehr genießen.

Cons:

Zimmer sind leider nicht klimatisiert und so war es trotz lüften und eines kleinen ventilator sehr warm (Juli)

Interesting concept at good price
Pros:

The self check-in is kind of awkward, esp. when you are tired from your trip, but all in all a good thing that probably contributes to the fair prices. The room had everyhting I needed, also liked the public spaces with loads of couches, tables, kitchen etc. It's a very nice concept and much more than a typical hotel room!

Cons:

Not very flexible with later check-out. And the communication through What's app is basically just a bot. If you really have a problem, then it might be quiet bothersome I guess.

Me gustó todo. Es un alojamiento maravilloso, superó nuestras expectativas, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía increíble en la ciudad, nos ha gustado muchísimo y sin duda, nos volveríamos a hospedar en el sitio. Todo muy limpio, el espacio de las habitaciones muy bien aprovechado y las áreas comunes 10/10

Short stay in Helsinki
Pros:

I really liked the location and the overall facilities of the room and the lobby looked amazing. Also the sauna/jacuzzi part was nice especially that it's not busy at all.

Cons:

I would suggest bringing an eye mask as the shutters are not that well making too dark and in the summer there is a lot of daylight. Also I was not notified before that the room I will be in is a dog friendly room, which for me wasn't a problem but for those who have severe allergies than it could be an issue.

A perfect stay
Pros:

One of the easiest 10 to give. The apartment was super clean and had everything, that we needed. (Or could find in one of the stations.) Shop, 0-24 shop is within a 2-min walk from the place. There was a 0-24 gym within the building, a sauna and 2 jacuzzis, that were opened until 10pm. Amazing rooftop terrace. You can reach the city center in 30 min by walk, or 15 min by public transport. The staff was very kind. Since there are some people, who live there permanently, the community was also great.
