This was a really bad experience.
Pros:

Location. General cleanliness.

Cons:

The staff informed me that there were no towels 3 times in our 3 night stay. We ultimately only had the towels that were in the room to start which wasn't enough for all the guests until the last day where we were finally provided another set of towels. Additionally, the hot tub was supposedly working but only one jet barely worked. There were also kids unattended in the pool area.

Pros:

The room was small 1 bed no trash bags in any of the garbage cans, I told the front desk clerk and I was told I could come down and get some, no one ever knocked on my door to see if I needed anything, I never seen the housekeeper until I was ready to checked out and I was there for 2 days.

I liked that the property was in a good location

Cons:

I don’t like that if you cut the air conditioning unit off, there was a slight smoke smell in the room that was noticeable. I also noticed that the bathroom could’ve been a lot more thoroughly cleaned. Not sure if it was even cleaned to be honest.

Terrible I need my money back.
Pros:

I did not like it. It was dirty it's smelled like cigarettes I was not able to stay at the hotel I checked back out.
