I loved absolutely everything. Honestly blown away by the beauty, service, hospitality and attention to detail. Was worth every penny I spent. Wish I could have stayed longer. The special birthday balloons and treats were wonderful. I can’t say enough. Thank you!!!

Contemporary and traditional, quiet and peaceful, great customer service, great pool. High Tea was great, not so sweet, delicate. Recommended

1. 加床的是單人沙發床窄且硬不舒適
2. 房間較小（可能住三人的關係）
3. 退房時櫃檯人員説我們在泳池畔點了食物飲品，但當天我們根本沒去過泳池，蠻錯愕的。
4. 恆河國客人buffet早餐猛往包包裡塞雞蛋/餐巾，拿小孩的餐盒裝水果/把整壺冰鮮奶拿到自己桌上用小孩的兩三個水壺裝滿⋯可憐服務人員看到了也不敢說什麼⋯很讓人倒胃口！

But specifically, the rooms are beautiful and ours had the most incredible view of the Bay.
The concierge lounge was lovely too, although extremely quiet….. some low key music would have beenn nice.
We needed to stay an extra night because of the Iran war and Emirates cancelling our flights. I asked how much an additional night would cost and the price I quoted and was double what we had been paying for our stay. I felt that this did not recognise us as valued customers and Really was taking advantage of our situation.
