Pros:

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Everything was perfect — from the delicious food and wonderful variety of restaurants within the hotel, to the outstanding staff, impeccable cleanliness, and incredible attention to detail.

What impressed me most was how thoughtfully the hotel catered even to the little ones. Every detail made us feel truly welcomed and cared for as a family. And the breakfast was simply amazing — such a wonderful selection, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a truly memorable experience. I honestly wished I could have extended our stay even longer! If I return to Singapore, Mandarin Oriental will definitely be my choice every single time.

A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, genuine hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service throughout our stay. You made our experience truly unforgettable. ❤️

Cons:

La vue donne sur les toits des bâtiments voisins et l'extraction des clim. Une chaleur terrible quand vous ouvrez la fenêtre.
Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est clairement sous dimensionné par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel.
Le rapport qualité prix est clairement insuffisant.

Una vera esperienza orientale. Magnifico!!!
Pros:

Le dimensioni generose e la pulizia delle camere, un front-office top, Consierge super competente, tutto il personale dell’hotel Piscina e ristoranti compresi.

Cons:

L’attesa un po’ lunga al mattino per la colazione, ma il personale è talmente gentile e professionale a gestire così tanti clienti che alla fine non ci si fà caso.

Pros:

Aan alles wordt gedacht, verwachtingen worden op heel veel punten overtroffen. Mooi rustgevend hotel met een top staff! Bij het zwembad en ontbijt wordt je echt in de watten gelegd.

Kan echt niets noemen.

Overall was a very good stay. Apart from the check in experience the rest was very good.
Pros:

Location, Facilities specially the outdoor pool, but also the Italian restaurant by the pool and the breakfast.

Cons:

The check in experience was suboptimal, not at the level of a 5 stars. Our room was not ready by when it should and we had to wait hours at the pool after 20 hours flight from Europe. The communication with the staff on this was not effective as well. I was promised to speak with the manager that never happened. We have been given a room upgrade for this inconvenience which I appreciated. Still it didn’t solve the problem of the first day.

Luxurious accommodation high quality service and high quality food and accommodation. .
Pros:

The quality and location of the property. The staff at the executive lounge. Especially Sera who very happily sorted out my late check out. The other staff in the executive lounge also provided top class service.

Cons:

I did not enjoy the provision of water can in stead of plastic water bottles for drinking water purposes. The cleaning staff were hard working.
