Pros:

Everything was 10/10, the only downside is the distance to the city centre, but metro/taxi/car in Madrid works.

Good stay for a visit to the Bernabeu
Pros:

Stayed at the Artiem when attending an away champions league game at the Bernabeu. Short walk from the metro station (think we used the Barrio de la concepcion). Good price. Nice clean room. The complimentary food and drink were a nice touch, especially being able to rehydrate after the game. Forgot my euro adaptor but the reception had one that I could borrow.

Not again.
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working so she came up and told us it was working if you stood by the window. Which is not where the bed is. Finally at 8am the next morning it cooled off slightly.

Estuve una noche por un concierto y pedazo de hotel, muy buena atención, súper bien todo, repetiré!

Excellent hotel, extremely enjoyed our stay. Exceeded expectations therefor highly recommended.

Impressive! The best property we stayed at during this Europe trip (Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon). Room was very spacious and clean, staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised about the free flowing soft and alcoholic beverages, snacks at the ground floor near reception area all day-night long. Definitely worth the nightly rate. Breakfast was also really good. Given it is situated at a very quiet area not easily accessible to public transportations such as bus and train so most convenient still is to take taxi. Still will be really happy to stay in this property again.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel con mi familia y, como siempre, la experiencia ha sido excelente.

Todo ha estado perfecto: las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy agradables. El desayuno es muy bueno y además se agradece mucho disponer de un snack bar y bebidas gratuitas las 24 horas del día.

El personal es excepcional, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Carlos, que está en el lobby. Es una persona muy cercana, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa.

Sin duda, volveremos una vez más. ¡Muy recomendable!

It can be a good choice if you have a car
Pros:

The breakfast was varied and delicious. Having a gym, as well as a drink and snack station, definitely adds extra value.

Cons:

The hotel sits in a peaceful, secure, and clean neighborhood outside the city center. However, for tourists visiting Madrid without a vehicle, the location may prove challenging. Furthermore, access to the hotel parking is restricted to small cars—getting an SUV or even a mid-size car in will be difficult.

Tout était parfait. Je devais prendre un avion très tôt le matin et j’ai eu toutes les facilités pour ne perdre aucune minute ! Et un excellent café gratuitement ! Mais que dire de plus !!! Je recommande cet hôtel vivement !

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé que les lits soient avec des couettes ! Il fait 37 degrés dehors … cependant climatisation fonctionne parfaitement.

The most chilled out I’ve ever felt at a hotel!
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel to attend Mad Cool festival. It was recommended as it was at the end of a Metro line.
The staff were amazing. The smell as you walked in made you hungry and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Really modern and the most comfortable beds.
The added bonus of being able to have a beer, soft drink or wine whenever you wanted and a little something to eat was amazing. The crab salad was a particular favourite. Breakfast was plentiful and loved the made to order pancakes and omelettes with the chef.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free snacks and beers, a very good option for when you return from your day out in Madrid. Value for money. It’s near airport, good choice if you don’t mind to stay a little far from city centre and use metro or other transportation.
