Εξαιρετικό το πρωϊνό! Πολύ ήσυχη και ασφαλής τοποθεσία, αν και μακριά από το κέντρο. Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα ο Carlos! Υπέροχος! Δεν έχουμε συναντήσει τόσο εξυπηρετικό υπάλληλο σε ρεσεψιόν πουθενά!!! Επίσης πολύ ωραία τα σνακ που προσφέρονται καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της παραμονής εκεί.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό στο χώρο του πρωϊνού δεν μιλούσε καλά αγγλικά και αυτό μας κούρασε πολύ. Ακόμη και όταν μας καταλάβαιναν μας απαντούσαν στα Ισπανικά (!) λες και είμασταν υποχρεωμένοι να γνωρίζουμε τη γλώσσα τους. Πολλές φορές μπήκαμε στον πειρασμό να τους μιλήσουμε Ελληνικά, μιας και η Βασιλομήτωρ Σοφία είναι Ελληνίδα!! Επίσης μάζευαν το φαγητό του πρωϊνού πέντε λεπτά πριν τη λήξη του ωραρίου του πρωϊνού!

La habitación, la temperatura fresquita, la comodidad de la cama y la sala con snacks. ¡Carlos nos atendió de maravilla!

Artiem, un hotel excepcional 😀
Pros:

Todo! La atención fue muy amable y servicial. Me explicaron todo lo que mi reserva incluía. Las instalaciones del hotel, extraordinarias. Muy recomendable.

Me dejaron en la habitación una nota a mano donde además me daban la bienvenida y me dejaron unos caramelos.

La cama super cómoda. Tienen un concepto ecoamigable, de ahorro de energía y recursos que cuida el sistema de consumo de agua por ejemplo.

Regresaré sin dudarlo. Felicidades Artiem y al excelente equipo de profesionales a cargo.
