Staff spoiled our experience
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast was a good surprise and included freshly squeezed orange juice.

Cons:

We booked for 2 adults and one child, even specifying the child age. During breakfast the staff approached us saying they only had 2 guests booked for breakfast and didn't have the child. After asking if the kid wasn't allowed to eat breakfast they finally said we would have to pay extra. In the end they didn't charge us the additional amount but they spoiled our breakfast.

Prijs-kwaliteit is dit een prima hotel, centraal gelegen met veel parkeergelegenheid
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie, goede locatie om de streek van Jerez, Cadiz en costa de La Luz te verkennen, veel gratis parkeergelegenheid vlakbij (er was op dat moment geen activiteit in het stadion), op een 20-tal minuten te voet naar het centrum van Jerez. Gratis warme dranken (koffie, tee, chocolademelk) 24u te verkrijgen in de lobby, geïnfuseerd water (met citroen) beschikbaar, dit werd wel niet aangevuld, vers geperst fruitsap tijdens het ontbijt, gratis microgolfoven in de lobby en borden mag je ook gebruiken, veel plek om te zitten aan de tafels in de lobby of buiten op het terras met uitzicht op het stadion. Comfortabele, ruime maar basis ingerichte kamer en comfortabele badkamer met douchegel en shampoo van Dove. Douche en bad in één, het bad is redelijk breed, goede waterdruk, propere kamers en badkamer. We voelden ons erg op ons gemak.

Cons:

Het was soms iets te koud in de lobby waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Het ontbijt is redelijk gezien de prijs die we hebben betaald voor kamer met ontbijt (ongeveer 86€ per kamer per nacht) maar het was alle dagen hetzelfde en beperkte variëteit, ook het fruit. We hadden de indruk dat het fruit niet zo vers was. De schoonmaak in de lobby kan beter (tafels, gordijnen, vloer). De opbergruimte in de kamer is heel beperkt, er is geen kast, enkel 4 kleerhangers. De kluis werkte niet. Het beddengoed werd niet verschoond tijdens ons verblijf. We verbleven 6 nachten maar dit is eerder een doorreis hotel voor korte verblijven.
