I can't praise the staff enough at this hotel. We had what could have been, a medical emergency during our stay here. The staff were second to none in their care and attention given to my husband (who was ill) and myself. The level of care and attention really was exceptional. Happily, my husband has fully recovered. The hotel is central, modern with a great breakfast and lovely small pool plus a spa. I'd highly recommend the Eurostars Valladolid, especially the staff, who cannot do enough to help and assist.

Le réceptionniste nous a dit que leur saison ne commençait que le 15 juin. Donc le 16 juin, pas de piscine sous une chaleur étouffante.
Everything. The staff is amazing. The hotel is a 1600 old monastery and is one of the most beautiful rooms we have had. Location was great!!!
Super locatie, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet, heel fijn zwembad.
Het zwembad was nog een dag dicht vanwege reparatie, hier kregen we enkele dagen voor aankomst een melding van.
1 ochtend wakker geworden door timmer, boor, slijp werkzaamheden in de keuken om 5.30 uur
Zoiets is overmacht, dit lijkt me niet normaal dat dit gebeurd. We kregen bij t ontbijt te horen dat ze in de keuken bezig waren en we geen warm ontbijt konden krijgen

The location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk from all the major sites. Our room was very comfortable. We had a couple of meals at the hotel and the food was great.
We didn’t go in the pool because it was too hot to be outside but it didn’t look very enticing anyway, quite small.
Breakfast on the terrace was ideal. The location was excellent with the Plaza Mayor and churches all within 5-10 minute walk. The dinner restaurant recommendation by the front desk was perfect. Also the ability to park on the grounds in a secure environment was very useful.
