Location and connection to history!
Lack of storage - very little room for clothes; no storage by bed; no ventilation / extraction in bathroom.
Very dreary terrace area.
Beautiful old building with lots of character. Staff very helpful. Walking distance to the city centre.

Staff very unwelcoming and unfriendly, room a bit dated (especially bathroom).
Todo. La verdad es que es excelente en todos los sentidos. El personal del hotel y recepción encantadores. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El edificio y el entorno perfecto. El desayuno espectacular.
Me ha gustado todo. Quizas un poco más de flexibilidad con el uso del parking el día de la salida pero aún así reconozco que han sido muy amables
Location. Beautiful design but our room was not very friendly for our dog. We had two sets of stairs and third floor!
We did not feel welcomed by staff. Five of them were on reception and not a single one smiled or said “welcome”. When we asked about a walk around Salamanca we were told to come back later. No one helped with luggage. Concierge was more concerned about our car and not in helping us - though at least he talked to us! Later on, had to wait 15 minutes to be served at the bar!

No English speaking channels on TV not good enough for a 5 star hotel BBC and CNN at least please!!!!

Lage optimal. Sehr gute, große Zimmer, aussergewöhnlich gute Matratzen.
Gutes Design in einem alten, geschickt umgebauten Klostergebäude.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal verlief sehr distanziert und äußerst sachlich. Das Schwimmbadareal war gesperrt, eine Vorabinformation hat nicht stattgefunden, auch keine spontane Entschuldigung. Defizite in der Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. So blieben beispielsweise verwelkte Blumen 2 Tage auf den Tischen stehen.
Great location central but quiet. Very comfortable.
Hotel location was excellent. Close to the Roman Bridge, a great exercise track on the other side to. Walking into the middle of the old town was really safe and pleasant.
We had a fabulous room over looking a garden and a beautiful church on the 2nd floor of the rear of the newer part of the building.
Bathroom well equipped and nice toiletries.
Just thought they were a little under staffed but perhaps that was time of the year.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr überschaubar. Extras musste man nachbestellen.
Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen zu klein. Nur eine kofferablage. Das Bett sehr schlecht. Altes Bad.
La comodidad de la habitación
Emplacement exceptionnel, accolé au couvent historique des Dominicains et des Dominicaines, hauts lieux touristiques de Salamanque, à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale et de la Plaza Major, Parking sur place; Cadre exceptionnel, belle chambre, petit déjeuner complet, très varié, dans une salle voûtée du couvent. Equipements modernes. Hôtel à découvrir dans une ville musée, très bien entretenue, qui vaut le voyage.
Rien ou peut-être l'accès au Parking de l'Hôtel par une carte que l'hötel pourrait envoyer une fois la réservation confirmée car l'entrèe n'est pas signalée et on la rate facilement (explication de la personne à la réception: limitation des possibilités de signalisation car Hôtel situé dans le centre historique de la ville).
