Pros:

Tolle Lage nicht weit zum Strand von Ondarreta, ruhige Lage in einem Wohnviertel. Große Auswahl an Bars und Lokalen um die Ecke.
Schönes modern ausgestattetes Zimmer, guter Online-Check-in. Rezeption ist nur zu morgens und nachmittags besetzt.

Cons:

Parken im etwas entfernt gelegenen Parkhaus zum Hoteltarif von 16 Euro ist etwas teuer. Achtung! Wer einen günstigeren Parkplatz im Viertel hinter dem Hotel findet: Man kann das Parkticket täglich verlängern, muss aber immer den regulären Tarif zahlen. Die grüne Zone ist nur für E-Autos billiger!

Perfect hotel - near the beach, lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel, smooth check in instructions, useful digital information. Comfy bed. Serviced daily. No problems at all. Happy stay

В общем все было хорошо, но мне сложно оценить соотношение «цена-качество», так как была в этом городе первый раз
Pros:

Наличие климат-контроля, чистое постельное белье, хороший санузел и наличие средств гигиены

Cons:

Отсутствие комнатных тапочек, а так же завтрак.В первый день, когда был молодой человек на ресепшен, все было идеально: накрыты столы, достаточно еды, есть посуда и т.д. Когда мы пришли на завтрак во второй день проживания, не поняли, что произошло: обслуживала женщина, контейнеры с едой пустые, пришлось просить наполнить. Когда еду долго не приносили, мы поняли, что эта женщина пошла ее готовить…На ходу жарила бекон, а потом делала скрэмбл.Было странно и непонятно, почему сразу нельзя было приготовить необходимое количество еды из расчета на количество проживающих людей.После нас на завтрак пришла ещё пара, которая так же обнаружила «пустоту» в контейнерах.

Pros:

The area is very nice, quiet and safe with many cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a few minutes down to the beach, which is also a great plus.

Cons:

We booked a triplet room but it turned out to be a double where they had squeezed in one more bed. This made it very difficult to move about, not to mention the problem to fit our bags in the room... I would also suggest that they use waste paper baskets, other than the tiny one in the bathroom.

Luces y sombras…
Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado de la playa de Ondarreta y de Monte Igueldo. Disponer de nevera, café y té en la habitación. Estaba muy bien si hubiera funcionado…

Cons:

Hubo un problema general con la instalación eléctrica en el Hotel, dejando sin suministro de electricidad y agua caliente durante toda la estancia, lo cual fue un problema. Que no tuviera recepción, o solo en horario muy reducido, fue un problema añadido y sobre todo que no supieran darte ninguna solución durante la estancia, no me pareció lo más adecuado. Para todas las gestiones había que llamar a un teléfono donde parecían lavarse las manos sobre el tema, hubo que escribir e-mails relatando los problemas durante la estancia incluso comunicar con la central de la cadena Colectia hoteles para llegar a un acuerdo de compensación por las molestias ocasionadas... Aun así, tuve que reclamar la compensación tanto a Booking como al Hotel, ya que tardaba demasiado tiempo en llegar. Menos mal que hace una semana, el chico que me atendió la llamada por teléfono, fue muy resolutivo, y poco después llegó la compensación de parte del importe de la estancia.
