Eetruimte is mooi ingericht - genoeg keuze bij ontbijtbuffet - leuk terras buiten - vriendelijke bediening
Arrived by bike. Secure bike storage as normal in the Netherlands. Clean twin room at a better price other local hotels were offering. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. Good bar though.
Het personeel bij het ontbijt is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt had ik uitgebreider verwacht voor de prijs die je ervoor moet betalen.
Parkeren is gratis.
De hotelkamer die ze mij hadden toegewezen, was zwaar gedateerd en vies (o.a. lag er stof op de meubels en zaten er grote zwarte vlekken op de spiegel in de badkamer) en de minibar werkte helaas niet. Ben om een andere kamer moeten gaan vragen.
Ook is het erg warm op de hotelkamer.
Het ‘s avonds hebben we bij het diner ruim 2 uur op ons eten moeten wachten, werd de soep zonder lepel geserveerd, bleek het glutenvrije 3 gangen menu een toetje mét gluten te bevatten, en liep er een rat over het terras. Toen een tafelgenoot haar beklag deed tegen de ober was de reactie van de ober: “ga dan lekker terug naar je eigen land”…. Totaal respectloos en verre van gastvrij!
Bij het uitchecken wordt ook niet eens - zoals dat wel in een hotel gebruikelijk is - de vraag gesteld of het verblijf naar wens was geweest…
Dit hotel never nooit meer!
Prijs veel te hoog
Vriendelijk personeel. Bedden iets doorgezakt. De kamer is wat gedateerd.
Restaurant en zwembad aanwezig, geen gebruik van gemaakt.
De locatie is niet heel bijzonder. Weinig faciliteiten dichtbij als een supermarkt (niet handig als je lopend bent;). Gelukkig wel een burger King en KFC. Bijhorende restaurant is prijzig.
Service
Würde mir wünschen, das für deutschsprachige Gäste nicht nur zwei Programme (ARD und ZDF) zur Verfügung stehen. Sicherlich ist möglich hier noch das eine oder andere Programm anzubieten.
Die Ausstattung war gut und das Personal sehr nett
Es gab ein Missverständnis mit den Bademantel.
Man hatte mir gesagt, dass ich das Geld zurück bekomme fürs Ausleihen. Ich fragte ausdrücklich nochmal nach, ob man wirklich das Geld wieder zurück erstattet bekommt und das wurde mir bejaht.
Very good service and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has several car chargers for a good rate. Although it has been some time since the hotel was built, it is very clean and well maintained.
Electric sockets were a bit wigly and someone should time to time swipe the floor in the pool changing rooms.
compleet nieuw gerenoveerde deluxe kamer, was echt top. lekkere douche, goede waterdruk. bedden zeer comfortabel en genoeg keus aan kussens.
Super bar/pub und Essen, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder. Haustierfreundlich!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed at reception with warm smiles and friendly service from the staff. The lobby was immaculate, fresh, and beautifully decorated with luxurious furnishings, and the cleanliness continued throughout the entire hotel.
We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which felt both elegant and stylish. The deep bathtub was perfect for unwinding with bubbles before climbing into the crispy white, fresh linen for a great night’s sleep. Despite the hotel being busy, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
Our room also included a fully stocked mini bar fridge with light refreshments and alcoholic abd non-alcoholic beverages which was all included in the price of the room.
The location is excellent —conveniently located between the city of Rotterdam and rockende beach, so best of both worlds. The hotel also offers plenty of free parking and is only a 5-minute walk to Jump XL and Monkey Town soft play.
The restaurant served delicious food, and every member of staff we encountered was professional, attentive, and helpful. There’s also a lovely downstairs pub with live entertainment and pool tables, which added to the atmosphere.
Overall, we felt the hotel offered excellent value for money, especially with the full access to the health club included during our stay.

We hadden een koffiezet maar werkte niet. Heb deze gemeld.ze gingen het komen nazien maar niemand gezien dus geen koffie tijdens verblijf!
Badkamer
Bed en airco stuk erg warm meer prijs voor luxe kamer zeg dan wel dat je niets hoef te betalen als je wat uit de koelkast gebruikt. Dus was ik zelf naar de supermarkt geweest voor wat eten en drinken op de kamer. Ook mijn auto op de invalide parkeerplaats tegen de paal
Die er heel ongelukkig staat veel schade gereden. Ik zou die paal daar weg halen en een grotere invalide parkeerplaats maken met meer ruimte.ook last van veel
Muggen op de kamer, dus slecht geslapen 😠

Chambre vétuste. Le site fait croire que les chambres sont rénovées. Piscine vétuste. Emplacement au milieu d’une zone industrielle.
