Loved the convenience to the ferry, bookstore and cafe!
Cons:

We would have liked to have breakfast in the hotel that was not a basket to be picked up at the front desk. Also, while we understand that in June, you may not want to have either the pizza restaurant or the restaurant open on Mondays or Tuesdays, this was a disadvantage to us.

The limited menu on Sunday with very big portions was not something that was okay for me, but I comment highly the waitperson who found a solution for me - salad and shrimp as the main course. Well done.

Just a little bit of upkeep would reflect the price better.
Pros:

Good location. Easy to get to.

Cons:

Broken hot tub. Broken shower. Tv not working but fixed by maintenance. Easy stuff to get right. The place is starting to get a little bit tired.

Be prepared ti carry your luggage quite a way.

The best reason to come back to the Island
Pros:

The location
Staff is amazing
Restaurant is convenient
Comfortable beds

Cons:

Needs some TLC, bit dated
Thin walls makes uncomfortable to sleep in when you have guests moving things upstairs constantly
Fridge needs work , doesnt cool and freeze
Soaps in showers needs updates

Lovely stay for a couple of days
Pros:

The room was ready as requested and everything was clean and lovely. Front desk staff was welcoming during the 9to 5 hours. Check-in after hours was smooth. The continental breakfast was appreciated- basket of muffins, fruit, yogurt and musli. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

The coffee provided is weak and a fridge with cream in the hall would be a nice addition. Great coffee is available down the road at a cafe, though. Traveller tip if travelling by ferry: reserve space before booking to make sure the travel times work.
