国際通り、市場本通（アーケード）、平和通り（アーケード）に徒歩5分圏内。

Cons:

アパートを利用した民泊施設なので、エントランスがとても狭い。
予約時の設備表記や部屋の利用マニュアルと、現物が違うため問い合わせの電話をしたところ、福岡県のオペレーターが対応してきたが、埒があかなかった。部屋のオーナーに対応されたが、こちらは外国のかたで、物腰は普通。マニュアル変更をするとのことだが、滞在中の解決はなかった。
