Pros:

Все отлично 👍. Персонал вежливый. Завтраки хорошие. Чисто везде.

Cons:

Вентиляция в туалете вообще не работает. Стоял ужасный запах.

Входная группа, лобби и ресторан хороши

Cons:

Дешевый и ушатанный ремонт: вспухший ламинат, обои морщинами в углах. Очень жарко и душно в номере. В 7 утра начали под окном пилить и сваривать трубу для пристройки отеля, неужели отель не в курсе, что у них есть постояльцы, которым надо с утра выспаться?
За небольшую доп плату была в другом отеле этой сети, там на голову лучше проживание.

A wonderful stay with excellent hospitality, a great location and a very thoughtful birthday surprise.
Pros:

The staff were very warm and welcoming. I arrived on my birthday and they kindly upgraded our room for free. The manager personally brought a birthday cake and a lovely card to our room, which made the stay very special. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, with a beautiful mountain view from the 7th floor. Breakfast was fresh, well presented and more than sufficient. The location was also excellent, with a large supermarket directly across the street and many restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance.

Cons:

Since the hotel is located on a main street, some traffic noise could be heard from the room, but it was not disturbing.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, również bardzo smaczne obiady w restauracji hotelowej. Przemiła i życzliwa obsługa - wpuszczono nas dużo szybciej, gdyż pokój był już gotowy. Jest też parking przy hotelu.
