Pros:

1. Прекрасное расположение. До моря рукой подать. Рядом множество ресторанчиков, автобусная остановка. В пешей доступности Пальма Аквариум, обязательный к посещению, если вы с детьми.
2. Отличный климат контроль в комнате. Даже в жарком июле в номере было свежо и прохладно.
3. Хороший очень разнообразный завтрак.
4. Уборка номеров. Читала отзывы, что не все довольны чистотой. В нашем случае всё было отлично. Учитывая, что проживали с трёхлетним ребёнком, легко превращающим жилое помещение в свинарник, уходили из свинарника, возвращались всегда в безупречно чистый номер.
5. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Тоже читала отзывы, что по ночам шумно. Шумно, если оставить открытым балкон. При закрытом балконе не слышно ничего. В июле в комнате даже поздно вечером намного прохладнее и комфортнее, чем на улице, поэтому балкон лучше закрыть и наслаждаться прохладой и тишиной.
6. Отличная зона бассейна. Для детей отдельный лягушатник 60 см.

Cons:

1.Муравьи. Полчища муравьёв. Кажется, через наш номер проходила муравьиная тропа. Румсервис каким-то образом уничтожал их, но уже на следующее утро номер опять кишил муравьями. Я даже как-то проснулась от того, что почувствовала, что кто-то ползёт по моей руке.
2. Очень странный персонал в зоне бассейна. Постоянно норовят освободить лежаки. Я, конечно, понимаю, что таким образом они борются с теми, кто занимает лежак полотенцем, но в нашем случае эта женщина убрала не только полотенца, но и личные вещи, пляжную сумку, очки, одежду, солнцезащитные кремы и детский плавательный круг. Ну явно же, если там одежда, значит, хозяева где-то недалеко. Мы с ребёнком всего лишь зашли в номер взять что-нибудь накинуть на плечи, возвращаемся - наши лежаки уже свободны, а все наши личные вещи валяются в стороне на траве. Несколько раз видела, как эта женщина пыталась унести чьи-то ещё вещи с лежаков, но рядом лежащие люди говорили, что хозяин здесь, плещется в бассейне. При том, что недостатка в свободных лежаках не было.

Pobyt zaliczam do lepszych wyjazdów zagranicznych. Polecam każdemu.

Pokój był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, a łóżko niezwykle wygodne. Personel w recepcji okazał się pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. Kelnerzy również mili, uśmiechnięci i niezwykle pomocni.Chętnie tutaj wrócę!

Cons:

Byłam w tym hotelu już kolejny raz. Naprawdę nie mam do czego się przyczepić. Napewno tu jeszcze wrócę.

O pequeno almoço e jantar era agradável, a zona das piscinas também era confortável

Cons:

Elevadores demoram demasiado tempo, são 3 elevadores muito antigos que não aguentam com o fluxo de clientes, o ar condicionado do quarto é muito fraco, passamos muito calor, levando em consideração que faziam 35 graus durante o dia todo. A televisão do nosso quarto não funcionava, trocamos a pilha do comando na recepção mas mesmo assim não funcionava.
Um dia antes do check out fiz um pedido de lunch box ou um pequeno almoço prático para que pudéssemos ir embora, pois sairíamos as 06:00, e o pequeno almoço era às 08:00. A recepcionista concordou e disse que as 05:30 teríamos o pequeno almoço, resumo: fomos embora às 06:20 sem comer nada pois nunca tivemos acesso ao pequeno almoço.

Pros:

This hotel cancelled my booking the day before my stay. They offered a voucher to their sister hotel which was badly reviewed. They gave me an incorrect refund amount. Would not recommend.

Hotel recomendable
Pros:

El desayuno es espectacular. La habitación también está muy bien con su balcón y camas cómodas.
En frente del hotel casi siempre suele haber sitio para aparcar sin tener que pagar. El personal también por lo general muy amable.

Cons:

El suelo de mi ducha estaba un poco sucia y luego también que no tengas duchas de cortesía me pareció un punto bastante negativo ya que teníamos un vuelo a la noche y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría en la piscina donde la gente estaba bañándose.

Hotel confortable et très bien situé.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié a proximité de la plage, des commerces et bus ainsi que la proximité de l aéroport. L appartement du 5e etage étant confortable et calme,, nous avons pu bien dormir. Les repas sous forme de buffets offraient une bonne variété de choix intéressant et pour tous.

Cons:

Le parking devrait être gratuit : 6 € par jour c est abusé.. Nous n avons pu assister qu à un seul spectacledurant la semaine en raison de la chaleur dans la pièce prévue à cet effet. Il n y avait d ailleurs que peu de spectateurs présents peut-être à cause de cela. Il faudrait envisager une climatisation à cet endroit.
