Velmi dobrý hotel!
Pros:

Ubytování bylo blízko pláže, takže stačilo pár kroků a byli jsme na pláži. Také bylo kousek od letiště, ale zároveň už tam byl klid. V celém hotelu se velmi dbalo na čistotu (ať už pokojů, nebo stolů či okolí). Snídaně, obědy i večeře byly velmi bohaté a byla možnost i bezlepkové stravy (kuchař vždy přišel a vše mi ukázal, nebo nabídl něco, co mi může udělat bez lepku).

Cons:

Bazén byl otevřený pouze do 18:00 - uvítali bychom klidně až do 20:00.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto.

La comida, bastante variada y de buena calidad.
Qué dieran opción a cambiar la cena por comida. Lo solicitamos el primer día y nos dijeron que no se podía y el recepcionista se equivocó y nos quedamos sin poder comer. Los siguientes días ya sí se nos facilitó el servicio correctamente.
La habitación agradable y las vistas y el silencio es uno de los puntos fuertes para mí.
El aire acondicionado estupendo.
La habitación estaba bien de tamaño, aunque al ser dos camas individuales y ser tres personas mi hijo y yo dormimos en una juntos y quedaba escaso. Supletoria no cabría bien.
Las camas muy blandas pero cómodas.
El espectáculo que vimos nos gustó mucho.
Que no estaba masificado.
La ducha estupenda y la limpieza dentro de la habitación genial pero en la terraza no. Creo que no han aspirado la terraza en ningún momento de los días que hemos estado y había suciedad en el suelo.

Cons:

Algunas personas del personal no fueron muy amables, pero otras han sido encantadoras (por ejemplo Pepa, muy maja y atenta). No me gustó que limpiaran la habitación tan tarde por lo que cuando subíamos de comer a descansar un poco teníamos aún que esperar para que nos hicieran la habitación que aún no estaba lista.
No me gustó que como norma no se podía reservar tumbona y toda la gente reservando y nadie hacia nada. Para eso no pongas normas.
No me gustó que el hotel está catalogado como " libre de humo" y en la habitación tenía al lado personas que no paraban de fumar en la terraza de la habitación e iba con mi hijo pequeño y si salíamos a nuestra terraza a pasar el rato y teníamos una burbuja de humo para respirarlo. Por lo que he tenido que meterme dentro de la habitación no pudiendo disfrutar en esos momentos de mi terraza.No deberían de poner libre de humos como esa categoría. Si aceptan fumadores en las habitaciones y en los balcones que dividan las zonas para respetar a todos. Nos quejamos y luego no no nos volvieron a dar respuesta de la queja. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación si revisaban que no sí se podía fumar pero no nos volvieron a contactar. De todos modos nosotros llevábamos días en nuestra habitación contentos, no deberíamos de ser cambiados si alguien que acaba de llegar molesta incumpliendo una norma. Deberían de ser a ellos a los que movieran, pero de todos modos no volvimos a saber más sobre este tema y por suerte a los dos días esas personas ya no estuvieron en el hotel.
No me gustaba que cerraban la piscina a las 6 de la tarde que es cuando nos gusta bañarnos (cuando ya ha bajado un poco el sol). Si estabas dentro te sacaban porque cerraban. Solo abierta la de los niños. Por otro lado no me gustó que preguntamos para que nuestro hijo metiera un hinchable que había comprado tipo flotador y nos dijo la socorrista que no se podia.

Cons:

The breakfast too much choice hence lacking flavour & quality, by 3rd morning reluctant to try any of the food. Even the fresh food ie fruit poor, out of date ie not fresh. Too much processed choices poor quality.

Zeer net hotel, vriendelijk personeel aan de balie, voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad.

Cons:

Personeel van de eetzaal keek alle dames (ook jonger meisjes) na en wenkte soms zelfs naar elkaar, achter de rug om van de dames. Zeer onrespectvol.

The airport noise didn’t bother us at all while sleeping. The room was clean, and the breakfast was fine. Bus station is near the hotel, so it’s easy to get to Palma or airport

Cons:

WiFi was horrible, it just didn’t work.
