Zentrale Lage in Athen, sehr gutes Frühstück, 15 Minuten zur Akropolis bzw. zu allen anderen zentralen Sehenswürdigkkeiten überschaubare Entfernungen - man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen - schöne Rooftop-Bar mit Blick auf die Akropolis
keine Parkmöglichkeit für Selbstfahrer - ansonsten für Städtetrip einfach toll
The location is great
There was a continuous electrical buzzing coming from the breaker panel all night. We also experienced a power outage while the buzzing continued during our one night stay and it only affected my room! And it was only one night before our late flight out of Athens and the staff didnt care that we wanted to compensate that bad night where we couldn't sleep well due to these disruptions and refused to allow us stay in room late after 4 pm except if we pay extra! Although we were depending on having a good night sleep so we would be able to stay out all day for our flight!
The photos shared are of the electrical panel in our room since i couldn't share the video where the horrible sound was coming out and it felt like there is a circuit that would overheat and cause a fire!
P.S. we were traveling with family and we had booked 4 rooms and only mine that faced such issues with electricity!

Το δωμάτιο που μου κλεισατε ήταν χωρίς μπαλκονάκι, γιατί; ήταν σαν φυλακή Ευτυχώς το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ανταποκριθηκε θετικά σε αίτημα μας και μας έδωσε καλύτερο δωμάτιο.
Δεν θα χρησιμοποιήσω ξανά την Booking com.!!!

It appears that the hotel has two wings. And our room was in a far away wing with not so inviting rooms and corridors.

Faltou luz no prédio em que estávamos, foi falado que o problema era no bairro, porém o bairro e uma parte do próprio hotel estava funcionando normalmente. Não conseguimos dormir durante a madrugada e quase perdemos o voo por este fato. A falta de luz e o barulho estranho nos disjuntores nos deixou com receio de ocorrer algum incêndio ou algo do tipo. A equipe do hotel informou que nada poderia fazer e que voltaria em 20min e só normalizou pela manhã e não nos disponibilizaram outro quarto. Foi informado a equipe do Booking.com e o hotel pelo visto não entrou em acordo e só nos deram um vale que não equivale nem a 1/3 do valor da estadia.
