It was very comfortable, relaxing, and had a beautiful view.
Pros:

Room location, first floor on the water and room layout.
The patio was a good size and included two lounges, two chairs, and a table.

Cons:

The television was difficult to operate. The swimming pool was too cold to use and the hot tub had weak jets.

It was a good vacation, I would consider staying there again.
Pros:

I didn't have any issues or need anything from the staff. The room was as expected. The location was good, there were plenty of stores very close for food and goods. The pool was decent (the first 2 days it was really cold, but the last 2 days it was really nice and not cold.

Cons:

I didn't like the pool being cold. The breakfast didn't look very good, so we didn't eat there. The hotel seemed a bit dated but really not bad. Oh, and the water in the shower left our skin feeling slimy that wouldn't rinse off, not sure what that was about though.

Great trip and a good place to stay for a few nights!
Pros:

Great location! Clean, everyone was friendly, and it was lovely to be on the water.

Cons:

Our room keys reset both days we were there and we had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated and also the WiFi didn’t seem to work. Not my favorite pillows to sleep o.n.

An enjoyable 4 nights directly on the beach of Lake Michigan!
Pros:

Great location for visiting Traverse City - not directly in the main part of the city so it was quieter and less hectic. Within driving distance of Sleeping Bear Dunes which is a must see. Our room had a lake/beach view with balcony which we enjoyed greatly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Most of the staff were very friendly. Entire hotel is right on the beach with chairs provided. Shower and water pressure is great! Attached restaurant was nice for a rainy evening when we didn’t want to get out in the rain. Coffee and hot tea available in lobby all day and the coffee was actually drinkable (unlike a lot of hotel coffee)! Overall a great 4 night stay!

Cons:

A little outdated and could use a refresh in the main lobby and hallways. Breakfast could have a little more effort.

10/10 recommend, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The staff was so nice. Everything was clean and fairly updated. Smart TV was a major plus. I loved having beach access, literally just steps to the beach. Free breakfast was actually really good, banana bread was so yummy. The restaurant/bar is also really good, the bartenders were great. Fairly close to attractions and restaurants.

Cons:

I wish they had bigger pillows, especially for the king sized beds. I would bring my own next time. The indoor pool was a little cold for my liking but it was semi chilly outside. My remote for the TV didn’t work but the staff replaced it, they’re very helpful.
