TV was horrible..nothing actually live, coffee was weak..yes it was free but still..the elevator woukd get stuck..spit u out on wrong floors.. , 1 elevator for that big of a place, bugs in room..very uncomfortable bed..carpet in room seemed damp

Anniversary trip amazing!
Pros:

Loved the location and the beach footsteps away loved the onsite bar with a DJ.

Cons:

A little overpriced for king room without a view. The room was clean but basic.

I felt like I was having a tropical vacation, floating on my air mattress in the gorgeous water in front of the hotel!
Pros:

Our room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the beach, gorgeous Sandy Beach. It was great swimming right out front. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location and that it had a restaurant downstairs

Cons:

Breakfast not included. Outdated rooms. Had a smell to our room. The AC unit hits directly on you when in bed and it was horrible. Couldn’t keep on much because it hits you directly and you freeze. So has to turn off and then you sweat so hot.

Beautiful Beach Stay!
Pros:

Right on the East Traverse Bay, the location of this hotel is perfect for beach walks, swimming, etc. And it’s just a few steps away from parasailing and rentals for kayaks and jet skis! Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The balcony is a bit small and not well cleaned, and the bed is pretty hard.

Family Friendly Stay
Pros:

Parkshore has the best beach in my opinion. My partner walked every morning along the beach past every other hotel and we agreed Parkshore has the cleanest biggest and most accessible for guests. We enjoyed the luxury of the Bar and Restaurant. We always enjoy the food and special options. We will be back.

Cons:

Check out was a bit of confussion. My only advice would be to check out with an actual person and get a receipt. It seemed out stay was extended with be notified or prior conversation. Luckily, we went distance leave our keys in the drop box and leave. It would have been a mess to qork out hours away.
