Probably won’t return as felt they could have at least tried to amend the situation
Pros:

Great staff and clean hotel

Cons:

Tv wasn’t working and was told they couldn’t fix it until tomorrow and as this was a one night stay not much help. £250 a night thought it would have been a little better service for the money

Brilliant stay, first visit to edinburgh. Have stayed in Kensington Holiday Inn too.
Pros:

Room very comfy. Breakfast good , sorry often no tomatoes. Location was quiet, but easy to get to the city
