Bardzo miła obsługa, czysty pokój, smaczne śniadanie. Lokalizacja ok 40 min pieszo od centrum, ale za to blisko do morza oraz restauracji serwującej świeże ryby (15min pieszo). Zanim opłacisz parking (parking hotelowy płatny 11GBP za dobę) zapytaj w recepcji o kod rabatowy, bez tego będzie drożej.
Niestety w Naszym pokoju (115) działało tylko jedno gniazdko (pod telewizorem) na cztery znajdujące się w pokoju. Nie działał też czajnik na herbatę, a że był na stałe przymocowany (wtyczka zakryta w ścianie), nie mogliśmy spróbować podłączyć w innym miejscu. Wiem, mogliśmy powyższe zgłosić, ale to nie była naprawa "na chwilę". Warto się tym zająć, zanim goście wejdą do pokoju. Pokój Standard Double room with Sofa bed trochę za mały dla rodziny 2+2. (jak dla Nas).
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage war ideal und vorallem sehr ruhig. Nachts konnte man unbesorgt die Fenster öffnen. Obwohl außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, kommt man mit der Straßenbahn vom Flughafen direkt vor die Tür und in die City.
Im Nachhinein musste ich feststellen dass die junge Dame an der Bar, die am Abend unseres Besuches schon ein wenig überfordert wirkte, die Rechnung zweimal abgebucht hat, obwohl der Zahlvorgang beim ersten Mal angeblich nicht geklappt hat. Das ist ärgerlich, denn im Nachhinein geht das schlecht zu klären. Aber das war wirklich das einzig negative während unseres Aufenthaltes.

The location was perfect for an evening dinner celebration on board the Royal Yacht Britannia.
Despite halving the cost of parking at the hotel. Too expensive. The price of a bottle of beer bit of a rip off, no wonder the price is not on the drinks menu.

Breakfast was a little basic
The location was pretty good with a quiet peaceful surroundings and close proximity to the Ocean Terminal Bus and Tram stops. The room was quite comfortable.
The room could have been slightly bigger and provided with two or three sofas. Toiletries and coffee/tea sachets were not provided or replenished without requesting. I would have expected that to be done a a matter of routine. There could be more variety in the breakfast.

Nice views over the port. Rooms had AC which was great during hot spell. Tram line right outside very convenient for airport and city centre. Luggage hold was also useful so we didn't have to carry bags around on first and last day.
Breakfast was busy every day. The hotel would benefit from two extra coffee machines, to avoid long queues. The staff worked very hard keeping on top of it.
Location and staff were very nice.
Carpet was full of dust in the corners.

- Pouco cuidado com a lavagem ou verificação das loiças do pequeno-almoço, todos os dias encontrávamos peças sujas.
- Quarto com pouco espaço para arrumação de roupa.
Check-in went smoothly and the room on first impressions was comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet bowl had been overlooked but was quickly attended to after reporting.
After a good nights sleep breakfast was a chaotic mess. Staff were busy and efficient in clearing tables but the servery area was without food for long periods ( creating long queues) and worktops were messy. Even simple tasks such as filling juice containers, wiping the counters and replacing cutlery were not done. There seemed to be sufficient staff but the logistics and timings in the kitchen were all out of synch.
Disappointing given we had many a pleasant stay here in the past. Location is excellent
We love mostly everything starting from the very kind welcoming by Kasey on the 2nd of May she wouldn't stop being helpful and nice still all the members of the staff at front desk and breakfast room were very kind, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. In general we loved this hotel .
The only negative point is we didn't have our room cleaned on our second day which was right after the first night but in the evening we had clean towels from another nice lady who worked at front desk .
The location was great. The breakfast was delicious, but crowded. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and everything worked well. Loved having coffees and work space available all day and all night.

Loved the location. Easy parking and with the tram service literally outside it was so easy to get into Edinburgh centre.
We arrived to check in a 3:30 and had to wait for 2 hours to get our room. The reception staff were obviously overwhelmed and embarrassed by the delay and we did get a drinks voucher but when your room costs over £200 a night this is not good!! Also the reception/bar area was being renovated so there were workmen, plastic sheeting climbs of plaster on the floor and a crowded lobby as it wasn't just us waiting 2 hours! The queues for breakfast were also long.
