Lack of typical amenities, phone, refrigerator, slow internet, door closer set too fast (safety issue for elderly or children). Quality of breakfast food could be better.

Had to travel on business and unfortunately because it was Edinborough fringe the accomodation was expensive.
Nreakfast was included but would have liked to have seen some fried eggs instead of over cooked scrambled eggs.
I loved the convenient location. Parking was a breeze and the staff were super helpful with the parking. We stayed with our 2 dogs and the staff were incredibly kind to them too. And we got allocated to a ground floor room as requested because of the dogs which im incredibly greatful for. I just can't fault the place.
Nothing there was not a single thing i didn't like.

For the attractions we wanted to visit while our stay - It has a very good location and only around 30mins away by bus to Edinburgh Centre.
