チェックインの時こちらが日本人だとわかっていると思いますが、日本語ができるなら初めから日本語で話して下さい。当初韓国語でかなり早い速度で話されました。これも配慮に欠ける行為かと思います。
建物が古いのは仕方がありませんが、バスルームの目地が欠けているのはどうかと思います。決して安いホテルではないので。
ランクが低いホテルのようなフロントの佇まいなのはいかがなものかと思います。友人とフロント前で待ち合わせをしていたのでしばらく見ていましたが、あんなにずっとおしゃべりをしているフロントさんは韓国では初めてでした。
部屋の電気をベッドサイドから消すと、携帯等の充電も消えるという今時のニーズに合っていない仕組みは改善された方がいいと思います。初日は煌々とあかりを灯したまま寝ました。
二日目からは元を抜けばいいと気づき抜きましたが、ベッドサイドのスタンドのコンセントは抜けなかったので、工夫しました。

部屋が乾燥しすぎていた？
お部屋の掃除がやや遅く感じた(14時過ぎてから)

日本語の出来るスタッフが少なかった事

Es gab keine Subway Station in der Nähe, man kommt aber gut mit dem Bus nach Gangnam. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen, 70er Jahre Stil. Im Badezimmer gibt es gesprungene Fliesen etc, es ist aber alles repariert. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings wurde um 09.45h alles abgeräumt ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste.Die Aussicht zum Hof hinaus ist nicht schön. Die Doppelbetten sind viel zu schmal, da mussten wir ein Zimmer mit Single-Betten nehmen und bekamen nur ein Zimmer zum Hof.Also: wenn man auf den Preis achten muss, ist das Hotel völlig ok!

엘리베이터를 누구나 탈 수 있어 보안에 취약한 느끼이고
주차장 가는 3층은 심야엔 아무도 없어..이용시 무서웠음
또한 엘리베이터도 쉽게 이용하는 점도 매우 아쉬움

I think I've had to change rooms five times out of 6 or 7 stays due to noise. Whether its people talking on the phone in the next room late at night, or constant coming and going and associated talking/shouting/laughing in the corridors and adjacent rooms (again, this happens into the wee hours of the morning) or the thumping sound of footsteps running up and down the floor above, or up and down the halls. There's usually something. Staying on the higher floors lessens the risk of this but there's no way this place can claim to have "Soundproofing" and should take that off its listing. To the credit of the staff, when you call in a noise issue they will try to resolve it and also move you to a quieter area, but it can be annoying to have to pack and change rooms in the middle of the night due to some inconsiderate prick next door.

Ontbijt kent wat beperkingen qua assortiment. Bijv geen beleg, alleen jam.

Unprofessional staff, the most unfriendly and unprofessional hospitality.
Staff manager literally argued with me and rest other customers when we called out his bad and rude tone. When we all escalated and wanted to speak to the higher person, the other staff teamed up and instead acknowledging, rather tried to just change the topic.

The room is very small comparable to prices you pay. The room doesn’t even have any mirror, except the one in the bathroom .
The lifts can be accessible by anyone (No safety).
The cleaning/housekeeping staff is nice.

But overall, is it worth the money for the humiliation, unfriendliness and unprofessional hospitality, and just a normal room for this price : BIG NO..
You can get better hotels in reasonable price in same location. Looks for location around Gangnam Cheongdam. Plenty of amazing hotel options.

P.S: on the first booking I asked them for refund as I was so unhappy and was ready to move into another hotel; but they denied me the refund.So I had to stay for 5 days.
I extended my stay in Seoul and is solo female traveller , had quite luggage; I extended my stay in same hotel. Not because I liked it, but because it was hustle for me alone to carry all my luggage and move to another hotel.
