Needed to be in the area but next time I will book elsewhere.

Location is great. Staff in the bakery and maids were wonderful.

Cons:

Front desk is poorly trained or dont give a darn. Not helpful at all and will not go out of there way to assist. I needed a taxi and aske the front desk to call one, she just pointed to the front entrance. We did not know if she called a taxi, which she did not, so the valet assisted us. When I checked out, I had five pieces of luggage to load in the taxi. Our luggage was stored at Hotel Riviera but no one asked if they could assist in moving our luggage to the exit. Either lack of training or a "I don't care" attitude.

Es war O.K. - mehr aber auch nicht.
Pros:

Gute Lage zum nahen COEX-Center.
Frühstücksbuffet (erst ab 7.00) gut und mit gutem europäisch-asiatischem Mix.

Cons:

Personal mit schlechten Englisch-Kenntnissen.
Einrichtung des Zimmers 90er-Style
Teppich und Sessel im Zimmer haben Flecken
Preisniveau im Restaurant hoch (z.B. kleine Suppe 12 Euro)
Wegen der Buchung über booking.com konnte das Hotel angebl.keine End-Rechnung beim Auschecken erstellen (bei Geschäftsreise aber unbedingt nötig)

Pros:

היה נקי, היו מסבירי פנים, בפרט אנשי הקבלה והדור מן בכניסה.

Cons:

לא היתה אפשרות לאוכל ללא גלוטן, הכביש ממול בתיקונים אז כל התחבורה קצת קשה יותר. חשבנו שזה יותר על גדת הנהר אבל בכלל לא רואים אותו מהמלון. למטרו צריך להגיע באוטובוס, וכשרצינו להשאיר מזוודות אצלם משעת הצק אאוט עד 17:00
אמרו שאפשר להשאיר רק 2 (היו לנו 2 מזוודות ו2 טרולי). בסוף הסכימו. אבל זה לא היה נעים.
המלון באופן כללי מזכיר חוייה של שנות ה90, ולא של שנת 2026. אבל הוא סביר ונקי.

L'emplacement est proche du congrès

Cons:

Le personnel est mal organisé et communique très mal.
L'hotel est vieux et la chambre sentais le moisi et la poussière.
Il n'y avait pas de room service, ce qui n'était pas pratique - le petit déjeuner est moyen

Pros:

Posizione buona a 10 minuti dal centro congressi Coex.

Cons:

Stanze molto datate e piccole, sebbene abbastanza pulite.
Il personale è cortese ma molti non parlano l'inglese anche per cose molto semplici.
In camera si trovano spazzolino e dentifricio a pagamento (in un hotel 4 stelle me li aspetterei gratuiti).

空港直結のバス停や地下鉄の駅が近く、アクセスが良い。館内も綺麗にしてある。スタッフも親切だった。

Very professional team

It's getting a little dated. It's feels like a 5 star hotel, but maybe 30 years ago. Location is good for particular needs, but bot so much for a tourist. Very convenient to transit to and from the airport.

Great stay and the bus stop from the airport is directly in front of the hotel.
