Le personnel n'a pas voulu me fournir une facture alors que j'en avais besoin pour un dédommagement de mon assurance. Malgré plusieurs relances sur places et par mail, ils n'ont pas voulu me fournir de facture prétextant que j'étais passée par booking. Or l'établissement d'une facture fait partie de leur contrat avec booking. Au final avec l'aide des agents de booking (que je remercie) mais non sans mal l'hôtel m'a enfin fourni ma facture mais désormais ils m'envoient toutes les factures de leurs clients !!! niveau confidentialité pas top.
Bref ce qui devait n'être qu'une formalité s'est révélé un parcours du combattant et a gâché le séjour alors que l'hôtel est plutôt bien... dommage

Le déjeuner inclus était très bien,
C’était propre et confortable
Le personnel était très gentil et aidant
Assez proche de journal square path pour se rendre à nyc

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas assez de places dans le stationnement, le stationnement était plein, ils nous ont accommodé, mais ça a créer un stress inutile. La salle à manger est un peu petite pour la quantité de personnes qui déjeunent. Le quartier autour est vraiment pas très beau.

Pros:

Really great location! Close to the metro, we had great views of the city. It was very clean. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was pretty good. We were able to do laundry, as well.

Nice and convenient
Pros:

The view of NYC was great - we had a top floor corner room! The bathroom was huge and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good.

Cons:

They cannot park large vehicles - the sprinter van we rented would not fit in the lot (valet) so they had us park outback ont he street. Everything turned out okay, but it felt a little sketchy at first. Bonus: they did not charge us the $40 parking fee.

המיקום מעולה ,קרוב לרכבות של ניו גרזי ולרכבת לניו יורק. הצוות אדיב המחיר לא יקר .
יש מכונת קפה בשירות עצמי פתוחה כל הזמן .
מלון לא גדול מאוד, אבל עונה על כל מה שצריך.

Cons:

הארוחת בוקר חוזרת על עצמה ומאוד בסיסית בהשוואה לישראל, אבל אנחנו מבינים שזה הסטנדרט בארצות הברית

Good hotel to accommodate a family for a longer stay
Pros:

The room was super spacious, the staff was helpful in giving is change for the washing machines, and keeping our luggage post check-out.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy completo para el precio que tiene. Desayuno, gimnasio, barrio tranquilo, personal muy servicial

Cons:

Hay un detalle sobre el servicio de limpieza que cuando llegamos a la habitación al final del día, encontramos 4 conjuntos de toallas de ducha cuando la habitación es de 6 personas y estamos 6 personas alojada. Prácticamente cada noche hemos pedido toallas en recepción que no han dudado en darnos muy amablemente.
Por otro lado, añoro productos más saludables en el desayuno y algo de variedad. Pero por el precio que tiene el hotel está más que aprobado ya que la comida es buena.
