It felt like a budget hotel and not a great area but walking 14 mins, you get to nice areas.
Pros:

The bed itself was comfy and room was spacious.

Cons:

Some areas in room weren’t clean. There were hairs on table on arrival.
When we arrived my daughter had an accident, falling from the taxi and was bleeding. We could not access the building easily as the door is locked and you can’t get in. We had to find our way to the carpark and ring a bell and wait. My daughter needed urgent help and when I asked for plaster and ice. The receptionist got me plasters but I had to go on a hunt to the gym to get ice and get a bag from a cleaner to put it in to make an ice pack, then go back to daughter to help clean her up. She then had to go to a hospital for stitches but an ice pack accessible at reception would be more useful or staff to help and get it.
The area wasn’t great around it and didn’t feel that safe in the evenings. We didn’t take the free breakfast as it was really cramped and busy.

Would stay here again. Clean and comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled great. The bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet even being on a very busy street.
