The WORST hotel i have stayed in.
Pros:

I would NEVER stay here again . Wifi in room not working. Weren’t able to get keys to rooms until 24 hours after check in. Floors very dirty, front desk girls very rude. No place to get ice. Their “yard” is extremely small and dumpy. Not worth spending the extra money for that view.

I am specifically putting in a bad review to get a reaction from your services. I lost precious Items you have confirmed to have found and I sent you credit card details for you to ship them to me. I have'nt been able to get a reply from you since many weeks or any info. I will delete the review and put in a good one (hotel was great) as soon as you send the items and guide me through the procedure. Thank you

Disappointed with staff effort to fix problems.

The hotel itself was nice

Cons:

When you’re already paying for a room and most guests are arriving in a car, you should not take advantage and charge $30/night for parking. If you advertise “Breakfast in the morning and with a coffee bar” you need find a way to deliver. They had neither and made no effort to make it happen. Just excuses.
The worst part was not having my room cleaned and bed made when I was gone from 8:00-9:30pm and returning to my messy unmade bed. Just an apology with no effort to fix anything. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Affordable centrally located accommodation
Pros:

Modern with on site parking. Within quick Uber of pier area and minutes drive to beaches. Grocery store and coffee right across the street.

Cons:

Slightly worn shows high volume. Could be a bit cleaner smells like old property

The Hermosa Experience
Pros:

Great spot in southbay, nice boutique hotel with great service. Only 1/2 mile away from the beach. Great patio/chill out area!

Wir haben das Hotel zum 2. Mal gebucht. Beim ersten Mal war alles perfekt. Beim zweiten Mal eine absolute Vollkatastroph
Pros:

Die Lage. Whirlpool war ganz okay.

Cons:

Die Scheiße ist uns sprichwörtlich entgegengekommen. Die Toilette war verstopft. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte man uns nicht geben. Für 2 Tage über 500,00 Euro zu verlangen und kein entgegenkommen des Hotels.

They have a pool and hot tub, and a room has a tub

Not enough with jacuzzi/hot tub in it, also we showed up kinda late and wasn’t able to use the pool/hot tub outside ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ suuuuuupee disappointed about that. They should atleast have access to the pool until 12:00 pm, for people who show up to the hotel later in the night. Also if they could put more hot tubs in rooms that would really improve this place.
