Location and staff are great

Cons:

The breakfast is very bad. The presentation is nice for photos but the quality of food is one of the worst breakfasts we've had anywhere. The cakes and pastries are hard. They offer individual tortillas which is very nice idea but they take a long time and are bland and made from huevina (powdered eggs). We didn't eat anything. Very disappointing and very expensive.

An excellent stay in a fabulous location
Pros:

It is in an excellent location and the staff were fabulous. They went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a memorable one. The hotel had all the facilities we would expect. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was super.

Ubicación.

Cons:

Limpieza deficiente de la habitación, los pulsadores de las luces estaban pegajosos.
El desayuno no está acorde con un 4 estrellas, muy limitado a la tortilla de patatas y poco más, bizcochos secos, yogur en la mesa abierto y en ocasiones al sol. Sillas de mimbre alguna rota. Personal poco atento.
