Cons:

Wij misten een waterkoker voor thee maken. Het staat niet standaard op de kamers. De receptioniste gaf aan dat je dat bij reservering kunt aanvragen.. dat wist ik dus niet.

Puce de lit dans la chambre. Je voyageais pour le travail. Je suis reparti avec des piqures sur toutes les jambes.
Mon entreprise a été contrainte de faire intervenir une société spécialisée pour traiter mon véhicule.
Malgré plusieurs messages laissés à l'établissement comme sur booking, aucun rappel ni de prise en charge réalisée.
Aucun accompagnement, service client déplorable...

Прекрасная атмосфера внутри отеля и снаружи, хорошая локация рядом с лесом, легко добраться на автомобиле, приятный персонал и изысканный интерьер, были доступны напитки целый день, прекрасное меню на завтрак и на ужин.

Cons:

Возможно было бы предложить халаты для спа и тапочки, было очень жарко и не было кондиционера в комнате

Challenging due to the heat
Pros:

Secure parking

Cons:

No air-conditioning. Room was very basic with no shower cap, tiny towels, no fridge. Check in was from 3pm. We arrived at the property at 4pm to be told our room was not ready.
