Calidad precio todo normal

Una las personas que recogen las mesas en el desayuno y comidas es muy amable, da gusto ya que te habla y siempre te está alegre y sonriendo además de tratar a hacerte todo más fácil (es el gallego), un fenómeno la verdad y todo mientras no para de trabajar ni un instante.

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal es amable.

Cons:

Que no tengan cuchillas para afeitar siendo un 4*, que un día nos fuesen a limpiar la habitación y se la dejasen olvidada sin hacer y con la terraza abierta de par en par (era un primero y podían haber accedido a nuestras cosas fácilmente desde el exterior)
La foto cuando la reservamos es de un bungalow y no es así, es una habitación normal externa al edificio principal sin vigilancia aparente.
El cuarto donde te dejan dejar las cosas el último día no tiene cerrojo por lo que está abierto y te pueden sustraer tus cosas ya que nadie lo controla.
El buffet tiene poca variedad de comida y generalmente poco sano todo, la fruta que tienen es malísima.

L’espace spa annoncer sur le site , est en réalité un Jacuzzi dans la piscine, pas de vue mer pour notre réservation. A 4 reprises , le jour de notre arrivée , la carte ne fonctionnait pour ouvrir la porte , arrivé à 14h et a 17h30 toujours pas installés . Nous décidons d’annuler la réservation . Nous avons payer directement à l’hôtel 200 euros en espèces et le reste en carte mais le remboursement des 200 euros n’a pas été fait .
Je ne recommande pas cette établissement .

Rent och snyggt hotell perfekt beläget på stranden i Santo Tomas.
Pros:

Perfekt läge direkt på stranden i Santo Tomas. Bra frukost. Tyst och lugnt då vi bodde i de intilliggande bungalowerna.

Cons:

Sängen lite hård. Slamrigt och stökigt vid buffémiddagen.

Fronte Mare in un'isola meravigliosa
Pros:

Ottima posizione, fronte mare, senza attraversamenti di strade per raggiungere la spiaggia. Stanza di dimensioni adeguate, ma il balconcino è davvero minuscolo e a fatica si riusciva a stendere la roba da mare. Personale cortese ed efficiente. Dietro cauzione sono forniti i teli mare, pagando 1 euro a volta si può ottenere il cambio.

Cibo: tanta scelta ma qualità non molto soddisfacente, pietanze mai calde e spesso scotte e troppo asciutte. Rispetto alle tante strutture in cui in passato abbiamo usufruito di analoghi buffet internazionali, questo è stato il meno valido

You can choose much better hotel for same price!!!

The smell in the room from the disinfectant coming from the air conditioning was terrible — even after 7 days of staying there, the room stank the whole time. In no other all-inclusive hotel have I experienced such bad alcoholic drinks-completely watered down, cocktails that are basically just juice, a total scam. I do not recommend this hotel. The gym is so small that 3 people can barely fit inside, the door is left open instead of air-conditioning the room, so of course it’s impossible to work out when it’s 40°C inside. Very cheap hotel, everything is cheap, guests in allinclusive doesnt even deserve clean beach towels every day, you have to pay extra if you want to have clean every day. Not even Safe - also not included in the all-inclusive package and costs almost €40 - for a safe with a key, instead of a code as would be expected in the year 2025.
