Pros:

Location was pretty good, there are a lot of markets near by. The staff was great. A lot of parking spaces. Very good value for money. Only 30-40min away from Pallma.

Cons:

No dish soap or sponge to wash the dishes. Other than that pretty good stay.

Las piscinas para los niños. Se lo pasaron genial.

Cons:

La limpieza. Nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitación porque encontramos varias cucarachas...la siguiente habitación mejor pero tampoco tenía una limñieza muy exhaustiva.

По суті нічого. Але варто звертати увагу, що це один з найдешевших варіантів, тому й очікування мають бути відповідні.

Cons:

Брудно, багато чого поламано.
Зробили ремонт, але не підтримують. Ободок унітаза менший за унітаз, кран тече, все потаскане.

За цією ціною дуже гарний готель. Трохи далеко до пляжу, але нам сподобалось. Пляж розкішний.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, schöne Strände sind bei einem Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Anlage war sehr laut rund um die Uhr.
Dass zeitgleich 2 JugendFestivals stattgefunden haben hätte man den anderen Urlaubern mit Familie mitteilen sollen.
Die Reinigungskräfte haben nur an 3 von 7 Tagen in unserem Zimmer sauber gemacht und neue Handtücher gebracht.
Das Personal spricht kein deutsch, was kein Problem ist aber dafür Werbung gemacht wird.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with the sizes of the hotel and its territory: pleanty of space to walk, play and eat. A great variety for activities for kids, especially the aqua zone. We were especially lucky with the season: it was beginning of April, not so many people yet and perfect weather. The apratment was also a nice suprise, plenty of space, everything needed in the apartment. The staff was very supportive and friendly and helped with any requests. We had indeed a wonderful stay here.

Комплекс большой. У каждого дома есть свое название, нам достался номер в доме Serena II. Ремонт нормальный, пульта от телевизора небыло, оказывается надо его брать на ресепшене за 10€, это для меня неудобно. убрано не плохо, было немного мусора на полу, но не критично. Раньше чем 15.00 нам не разрешили заселиться. На ресепшене все ок, все понятно объясняют. А вот поддержка на букинг это бесполезно, даже им там и писать не стоит, ничем не помогут. Попросила пакет мусорный принести, в ответ иди на ресепшен, а туда идти далеко, дайте контакт ресепшена, в ответ тишина. Не хватает в номере воды питьевой и кофемашины. А так все норм, нам понравилось. Есть бассейн, озеро, немного развлечений, для детей есть площадки. На третий день проживания пришли девочки убирать. Но мне нужны были только пакеты для мусора 🤣 и я их получила.

Cons:

Небыло воды питьевой, нет кофемашины, нет пульта от телевизора. Нельзя заселиться до 15 часов.

Pros:

De ligging, veel zwembadden verspreidt, veel leuks voor de kids, leuk rondwandelen in het domein, veel winkeltjes..

Cons:

Kamer had nood aan opfrissing, en was ook niet zogoed gepoetst voor aankomst.
Ook door het MIF was er elke nacht super veel lawaai van zingende roepende feestende jongeren.
Alle begrip voor hun feest, maar als je er bent om batterijen op te laden en er elke nacht van 1h tot soms 5h om de zoveel tijd werd geroepen en je wakker kwam ervan is dit iets minder.
