CONs:
There's a one-way only shuttle to, not from the airport. It may take 30-90 EUR to get there by Taxi or UBER. It's only 10min drive away by car.
The building itself looks like a US middle range hotel property, but the interiors position this Sheraton way above that.
La mia stanza si trovava nell’edificio più vecchio, il secondo giorno l’aria condizionata non funzionava e la stanza segnava una temperatura di 28 gradi, il
Tecnico prova a cambiare dei pezzi ( con me in camera) ma mi dice che più di quello non può fare. Il giorno dopo il problema persiste e viene nuovamente il tecnico il quale mi dice che il moto dei condizionatori è vecchio e mi dice di richiedere un cambio stanza ( e che avrebbe insistito anche lui). Così l’ultima sera di soggiorno mi viene cambiata la stanza ( con tanto di disagio per rifare le valigie ) r la mattina dopo nella stanza in bagno trovo una blatta. Soggiorno da dimenticare
J'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur l'entrée et le parking qui était très bruyant avec des bruits d'autobus à partir de 7 heueures du matin (alors que j'avais demandé expressément une chambre calme avec jolies vue).

La struttura è elegantissima, il vero valore aggiunto è l’estrema preparazione, simpatia, cordialità, gentilezza e attenzione del personale: raramente nel mondo ho trovato uno staff così eccellente, pronto a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta (sembra un 5 Stelle). La stanza era bellissima e silenziosissima - requisito per me fondamentale - e letto comodissimo. Arredi di altissimo livello. Sicuramente sarà il mio hotel di rifermento a Roma, finora il migliore su tutti quelli provati nella Capitale. Il contesto è molto curato in ogni dettaglio.
Un po’ più di attenzione alla profumazione della camera; molti canali tv non erano visibili; nella doccia c’era qualche capello (può succedere, ma non deve succedere). I prezzi del ristorante interno sono eccessivi rispetto ai prodotti forniti.
