Pros:

It's a very cute hotel. The location is convenient. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, and the free sparking water that provides from the bar area in the lobby is very refreshing. The room is clean.

Cons:

Only the fan in the room is not so clean so we didn't want to turn it on. The pillows are a bit too soft. Other than that it is all very good!

O atendimento dos funcionários foi exelente. O Hotel está a 10m a pé da estação e a 10m do centro. Apesar do quarto ser pequeno, tinha tudo o que era necessário. É excelente para uma estadia de um ou dois dias em Basel.

Cons:

Talvez o quarto ser bem pequeno apenas, no entanto tinha até roupões, algo que nalguns hotéis de 4 estrelas nem vê-los,./

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, in dem wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet wird. Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung, der Garten ist herrlich und auch in den Zimmern wurde an alles gedacht. Ein rundum besonderer Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war die Duschtasse sehr rutschig. Aber das ist nur ein Detail. Der ganze Rest ist super!

Pros:

We liked our 1 night stay in the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is also good - it is 10 min to centre and 10-12 min to the train station although there is a very good bus option just outside so that you easily reach it in 5 min. It is also 10 min walk to Basel Zoo which we enjoyed.

Pros:

Parfaitement situé pour un passage de tourisme. Parking en face, bus devant l’hôtel, à 1 station de la gare, et des trams. À pied le centre est tout prêt. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié

Gerne wieder, tolle Lage zum Bahnhof und der historischen Innenstadt

Schönes Frühstück bei tollem Wetter entspannt im Garten

Cons:

leider keine Klimaanlage - bei Temperaturen um 38°C etwas anstrengend, aber da das Zimmer zum Garten lag konnte
nachts problemlos gelüftet werden.
