The robes that were complimentary were nice

Cons:

There was no customer service after 10 pm if you did not speak Japanese. We had a room with 4 people and only 2 sets of towels. We didn't realize until the desk was closed so we did not have enough towels. Then on the last night the shower water would not drain.

המלון המזעזע והמלוכלך ביותר שראיתי ביפן ,עם יחס שלא נתקלנו עזבנו את המלון כמעט מיד!

הזמנתי למשפחתי את הסוויטה הנשיאותית בגודל 81 מ"ר, וציפיתי לקבל מקום ברמה שתואמת את התמונות, התיאור והמחיר ששילמתי. לצערי, כשהגענו למלון נדהמנו ממצב החדר.

נכנסנו לחדר עם ריח חזק ולא נעים של בישול ובשר השואב אדים עדין עבד. החדר לא היה נקי , מצאנו חרקים על הספה, והג'קוזי החיצוני היה מלוכלך וכל הספות ,השטיחים והכיסאות עם כתמים דוחים. צילמתי הכל

נשארנו במקום זמן קצר בלבד. מלכתחילה. החלטנו לעזוב ולמצוא מלון אחר באותו ערב, ושילמנו מכיסנו על מקום לינה חלופי.

מה שהפך את החוויה לגרועה עוד יותר היה אופן הטיפול בתלונה לאחר מכן. למרות שפנינו בנושא ולמרות התיעוד שלנו, לא קיבלנו מהמלון את ההחזר שביקשנו שילמנו מחיר מלא והמלון לא הסכים להחזיר לנו את הכסף.

לאחר החוויה שלי קראתי ביקורות נוספות של אורחים באינטרנט, והופתעתי לראות תלונות אחרות בנושאים כמו ניקיון, ריחות ותחזוקה. הלוואי שהייתי קוראת אותן לפני שהזמנתי.

אני מטיילת הרבה ומזמינה מלונות באופן קבוע, וזו הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח המאכזבות ביותר שהיו לי.

אני לא ממליצה על Randor Residential Hotel Kyoto Suites. התמונות והתיאור שראיתי בעת ההזמנה לא הכינו אותי למה שפגשתי בפועל.
