Bueno bonito y barrato
Pros:

El cuarto era amplio. Esta cerca del metro. Precio esta bastante comodo

Cons:

Cobraron. Impuesto no se de que. Solo cobraron.
No hay nadie en el front desk hasta después de la 9am. No tiene para desayunar adentro tenes que ir a buscar restaurantes. Y si va en carro cobram 1000 yenes por noche

It's pretty fancy place
Pros:

The facilities and services were nice. They had everything I needed. Train station is about 10 mins walk. The room doesn't feel cosy.

Cons:

The train lines were a pain cause I had to change at least twice or you have to walk for 25 mins to another train station. Hours of the lobby open a bit late I wish they would open from 8:00 to 22:00 if possible instead of 9.

Pros:

Die Räume sind sehr gross aber leider auch sehr spartanisch leer

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr auf Uhrzeiten bedacht beim Check in. Außerdem war es nicht sehr freundlich. Der Frontdesk soll ab 9 besetzt sein war es aber teilweise noch nicht mal um 9:30

Gute Lage mit Küche
Pros:

Es gab eine vollausgestattete Küche und das Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Lage war auch okay. Man ist sehr schnell bei Bus und Bahn.

Cons:

Das Personal war zwar höflich aber einige haben englisch nicht ganz verstanden. Die Tatami Matten sind zwar im Zimmer würden aber einen Aufpreis kosten, wenn man von der Personenanzahl genau auf die Betten passt. Bei uns war es kein Problem.
Die Maschinen im Laundry kosten was und sind nicht gut, daher würde ich einfach 5 min zum nächsten Coin Laundry laufen.
Die Möbel sind alt, das Sofa in unserem Zimmer war komplett kaputt und dreckig.
