For a perfect location, and perfect rooms, and double perfect staff, this is the place to stay!
Pros:

Everything. The staff was exceptional. Rooms super clean and just beautiful. Hotel in a gorgeous area. Oh did I say the staff was exceptional?…. Cannot express that enough! They went out of their way to make our stay the best.

I will remember Lucerne for hospitality and the best cheese fondue!
Pros:

I appreciated the location! The staff was exceptional … even asked about family history as I have a German surname and I in turn learned some German history.

Breakfast was wonderful as was the availability of hot water and tea.

The free city pass provided an opportunity to ride the funicular to the Gutsh Chateau.
