Great hotel with friendly staff and great area
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't have a travel pass, so the hotel gave us a voucher for free bus transport. Everything was in walking distance for us, but this was really helpful still. A great location. Really good breakfast included in our stay.

Cons:

The only downside wasn't anything to do with the hotel itself. There was a large group of older American's staying there at the same time, and they were often in the way, taking up common soaces with no room left to walk past. They even left their luggage in the corridors blocking access to elevators when we were checking out.

Buena predisposición del personal, instalaciones antiguas pero bien conservadas. Buena la limpieza.

Los colchones de las camas no están en condiciones, merecen su recambio. Solicitamos un cambio, no fue posible, ofrecieron un agregado de un suplemento, no funcionó. No alcanza con la buena predisposición del personal, el descanso debe estar garantizado.
