Good location
Pros:

Staff very accomodating and helpful. Rooms were nice and they even prepared a set up for our honeymoon stay. Great location walking distance to old town 10mins.

Cons:

Hair dryer a bit old, and feels it will get too hot, can do with updating.

Cons:

Relación calidad precio en general bien, pero instalaciones un poco desfasadas, el baño bastante viejo, con bañera. El desayuno correcto, pero sin excesos. Para el precio que tiene un poco justo, aunque está claro que hay que tener en cuenta los precios de la zona. Por 230€ (parquing y tasas incluidas) que hemos pagado me esperaba más.

The hotel was wonderful!

The staff was absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.

The room was exceptionally clean, and there was even a small refrigerator! :)

I had to leave very early in the morning, and the lovely staff kindly agreed to prepare a packed breakfast for me the night before. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much!

I have no doubt that if I visit Lucerne again, I will be more than happy to stay at your hotel!

I would stay again
Pros:

The access to transportation is good. If you want to walk the train station is 10-15m away. The room and toilette were clean. Comfortable. The space felt safe. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. They were nice at the reception, and let me use the toilette and leave my luggage there because I arrived early.

Cons:

It was hot in October. The AC wasn’t working and I didn’t know about it (the next day they told me it’s only available for certain months). I had to use the fan that was in the room which worked, but it still was uncomfortable.

Very enjoyable stay and would recommend without hesitation
Pros:

Great breakfast with a selection of different hot and cold choices. Espresso machine for good coffee
The breakfast room staff were very friendly
Easy access to FREE buses to get to the main areas you want to see (less the 5 mins)

Cons:

Reception staff was very efficient, but not super friendly....but it could have just been a language barrier
