First Time in The Country
Pros:

We came to the city for my birthday, as soon as we got to the hotel the staff were polite, friendly and professional. Upon seeing my passport the man at reception wished me a happy birthday, something small but very special. Everyday our room was cleaned and the bed made. While things were a bit more expensive we received top range service and we got exactly what you’d expect from the price. The honesty bar is a nice touch and the location is probably beyond perfect, 5 minute walk from Central Station, and the Damrak is round the corner.

Absolutely brilliant hotel and wonderful staff. It’s thumbs up from me!

Pros:

The hotel is on a quiet street, so there wasn’t much noise from outside.
Cozy atmosphere in the room.

Cons:

The soundproofing is very poor. Even the slightest noises from the hallway and nearby rooms are clearly audible.
