Pros:

O Mai é incrível, muito bem decorado e limpo. As instalações são novas e o quarto onde ficamos tinha uma vista linda. Muito próximo da estação central e do centro onde o fervo acontece. Amei e gostaria que toda minha estadia na Europa fosse no Mai. Os funcionários são ótimos, só o café da manhã pode melhorar, mas a barra do brasileiro com relação à isso é alta.

The shower soap dispenser did not work. Unfortunately, you don't realize its not working until you're in the shower, under the shower head; the soap dispenser either didn't work or was out of soap; I was tired and disappointed.

Quality hotel in a good location
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and variety. Location was ideal for the station and access to the main tourist areas.

Cons:

The lighting was too dim both in the room and corridor areas . Room service timing was inconvenient taking place between 3- 5pm often conflicting with a return to the hotel from a day out.

Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione eccellente, in una zona tranquilla e a pochi minuti dalle vie e attrazioni principali. Ottima pulizia delle stanze e personale disponibile e gentile. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri e la consiglio!

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, unico difetto della stanza è che non c’è l’armadio.

Pros:

Excellent location, cleanliness, comfort & service. The best part is the location to have on foot reach for Centraal station and all best places fir tourists plus public transport & restaurants.

Bella struttura ma in mano ad incapaci.

La posizione è sicuramente invidiabile. Molto comoda a tutto.

Cons:

Partiamo dal letto. Materasso alto 5 cm su un divano letto,non si poteva stare sdraiati,si cadeva al lato. Il cestino era pieno ancora dei clienti precedenti,questa cosa la trovo imperdonabile !!! Muffa in doccia. Colazione pessima. Il succo di frutta dentro al cartone con un beccuccio,nemmeno la briga di metterlo in una caraffa,allucinante. Cameriera della colazione che non ci ha spiegato che avremmo potuto ordinare piatti caldi espressi,lo abbiamo sentito in reception anche perché la signorina bionda che ci ha fatto il check in nel pomeriggio è stata anch'essa pessima,senza darci alcuna informazione e anzi,molto scorbutica quando le abbiamo detto che non sapevamo fare da soli la pratica della chiave.
Costo? Una notte ben 600€ circa e per quello che danno e offrono È UN FURTO LEGALIZZATO.

Pros:

The moment we walked into the lobby we were impressed. Decor was lovely and the staff super helpful. We were equally impressed with our room. Spacious and beautifully appointed. Super comfy bed, safe in room, good wifi and a full bathrooms/ shower. Right on a quiet canal and walking distance to everything. Nice quant bar area for your use in hotel as well on a honour system …

Cons:

That we Didn’t stay longer !!
