Einmaliger Service, kleine Nettigkeiten auf dem Zimmer, abends wurden die beten aufgedeckt und die Zimmer noch mal in Ordnung gebracht und es gab jeden Abend eine kleine, leckeres Schokolädchen
Es war alles wunderbar, unser Badezimmer war picobello, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Staff was lovely and very helpful. We’ve also got a delicious welcome drink. The room is quite big and beautiful. Location is right in the middle of the village. Couldn’t be better. 10/10 hospitality. Next time I’m in Zermatt I’ll surely come back and stay here again

The hotel is extremely comfortable - perfect location, in the very center, 10 minutes walk from the train station , but a little bit off all the noise. My room was large, calm, with a nice balcony and the perfect Matterhorn view. .The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is very diverse and excellent. The atmosphere in the hotel is extremely welcoming and the staff is very friendly and nice. The recommendation about neighboring restaurant was excellent and I really enjoyed my dinners there. All in all I loved my stay a lot and hope to be back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liess keine Wünsche offen.
Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Upgrade mit dem wunderschönen Blick aufs Matterhorn. Das Zimmer war grossartig und auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
