Uma das melhores surpresas da nossa viagem à Suíça

Este hotel foi uma agradabilíssima surpresa e superou com folga nossas expectativas. Inclusive, acreditamos que as fotos e a descrição disponíveis no Booking não conseguem transmitir completamente a qualidade da experiência oferecida.
Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos com um welcome drink e por uma equipe extremamente cordial e atenciosa. O hotel oferece serviço de traslado para hóspedes que chegam pela estação de Zermatt, bastando comunicar previamente o horário de chegada. É um serviço muito conveniente e com excelente custo-benefício.
A localização é excepcional. O hotel fica a poucos minutos de caminhada da estação, em uma área muito agradável às margens do rio, e com uma das melhores vistas do Matterhorn que encontramos em Zermatt. Ficamos hospedados em um quarto com varanda e vista direta para a montanha, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Dormir e acordar contemplando o Matterhorn é algo difícil de esquecer.
O hotel possui uma arquitetura muito charmosa, com forte presença de madeira e diversos detalhes cuidadosamente trabalhados, criando um ambiente acolhedor e elegante. As áreas comuns são muito bonitas e convidativas, incluindo uma varanda extremamente agradável para relaxar e apreciar a paisagem.
O quarto era muito amplo, confortável, silencioso e impecavelmente limpo. A limpeza, aliás, merece destaque especial. Tudo transmitia uma sensação constante de cuidado e organização, desde as áreas comuns até as toalhas e roupas de cama.
O café da manhã também foi excelente, com boa variedade, produtos de qualidade e um horário bastante generoso para os hóspedes. Outro detalhe que nos chamou a atenção foi a gentileza da equipe ao identificar nossa nacionalidade e, em diversos momentos, nos atender em português, tornando a experiência ainda mais acolhedora.
Um dos maiores destaques do hotel é seu spa. Trata-se de uma verdadeira joia escondida.

Cons:

É difícil apontar pontos negativos relevantes diante da excelente experiência que tivemos.
Se houvesse algo a ser aperfeiçoado, seria apenas o banheiro do quarto em que ficamos. Embora fosse muito limpo, funcional e equipado com banheira, seu padrão estético não acompanhava o nível excepcional do restante do hotel. Comparado às áreas comuns e especialmente ao spa, o banheiro aparentava ser um pouco mais antigo e poderia se beneficiar de uma modernização futura.
Ainda assim, trata-se de uma observação bastante pontual que não comprometeu em nada nossa estadia.

Sympathisches Hotel im Zentrum von Zermatt
Pros:

Ich habe unerwartet ein Upgrade von meinem Zimmer erhalten und hatte somit Aussicht auf das Matterhorn, fantastisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es stand viel zur Auswahl. Auch für Menschen mit Intoleranzen. DieLage ist top, mitten im Dorf. Als ich ankam wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und durfte direkt einen Willkommensdrink auf der Terrasse geniessen. das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Spa Bereich, den ich aber nicht genutzt habe.

Cons:

Nichts, alles war zu meiner Zufriedenheit.

Ein so herzlicher morgentlicher Empfang und eine sehr schöne Kaffee Begrüßung.
Dieses Frühstück übertrifft alle Erwartungen.
Verschiedene Kornsorten zum selber schroten, ergibt ein top Müsli.
Die Käsesorten sind ein Traum.

Exceptional Matterhorn view rooms
Pros:

Great Matterhorn view rooms with very good staffs and exceptional location. Just 7-8 minutes walk from the Zermatt station and not in middle of a market. Also super clean decent sized rooms.

Gutes Hotel mit Charakter und perfekter Sicht aufs Matterhorn
Pros:

sehr tolle Sicht auf Matterhorn, Mitarbeiter und Chefin immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei Anreise mit guten Informationen der Chefin beim Begrüssungstrunk. Es war persönlich.

Wellnessbereich, auch Ruheraum liegt im Keller und hat daher keine Fenster
