La décoration de l'hôtel, la vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine. Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Certaines installations du spa (type jacuzzi) sont peut réactives et mettent 5min à s'allumer pour 1min de marche, ce qui est un peu frustrant quand on veut se détendre.

Tolles Spa und Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und hatten ein einfaches Doppelzimmer gebucht. Wir haben ein Zimmer im EG erhalten. Dies ist das einzige Zimmer auf diesem Stockwerk und ein richtiges Horrorzimmer für den Preis. Man hört jeden im Gang. Vorne hat es zwar einen Sitzplatz, aber dort ist auch der Hoteleingang. In der Nacht, als das Zimmer auf gefühlt 50 Grad aufgeheizt war, konnte man das Fenster nur öffnen, wenn man am Morgen auch gerne allen Gästen „Guten Morgen“ sagen wollte. Nach der ersten Horrornacht hat uns die sehr nette Rezeptionistin ein Upgrade gegeben und das neue Zimmer war klasse. Das Zimmer Nr. 2 sollte wirklich nicht in so einem Hotel angeboten werden.

We loved the location as it was away from main crowds. APT had a lot of space for family of 4. Easy walk to trains and main areas of City.

Cons:

Bed...not very comfy. Almost like a futon, it worked for our stay. The pillow was great.
APT is near main road. With no AC we had windows open, it can be noisy.

Nous avons aime la localisation, la propreté, l’accueil, la chambre familiale était magnifique.

Cons:

Il manque quelques degrés à la piscine extérieur et la piscine intérieur est elle aussi un peu trop fraîche.

An Exceptional Stay with Unforgettable Matterhorn Views
Pros:

Our stay at BEAUSiTE Zermatt was absolutely wonderful — one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

I booked a Matterhorn Grand Junior Suite and was fortunate enough to be allocated a corner suite, which offered the most magnificent views of the Matterhorn. While the mountain was occasionally hidden by clouds, whenever it appeared it was simply breathtaking and made the stay even more special.

The room itself was beautiful — spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were collected from the train station in the hotel’s charming electric car, and the welcome and check-in process were warm and seamless.

The hotel is also perfectly positioned in Zermatt — central to everything, making it easy to explore the village, restaurants, and surrounding attractions, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

The hotel facilities are outstanding. The pool and spa area overlooking the Matterhorn are truly spectacular and provide such a memorable experience. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible surroundings.

Breakfast was another highlight and was probably the best breakfast we had during our recent trip through Switzerland and Italy. The selection was excellent, with freshly prepared dishes and a level of quality that really stood out.

There is honestly nothing to fault about this hotel. From the stunning location and views to the beautiful rooms, exceptional facilities, wonderful service, and attention to detail, BEAUSiTE Zermatt was a true highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend it and would love to return.
