Outstanding service, gorgeous views
Pros:

The views of the Matterhorn coupled with the outstanding professional service of all the staff make this one of the nicest experiences in Switzerland! Valerija at check in was so helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast is outstanding with a huge array of offerings -they even have a juicer to make healthy drinks. The pool with views of the Matterhorn was a perfect place to relax after hiking all day.

Cons:

We were there during a heatwave (I hate to think what that does to the disappearing glaciers), so we would have loved a cold plunge but the warm water is no doubt welcome in the cold ski season!

A truly unforgettable stay — thank you, BEAUSiTE Zermatt!
Pros:

My wife and I stayed at BEAUSiTE as part of our honeymoon, and it became one of the most special parts of our trip. From the moment we arrived in Zermatt until the moment we left, the team took such wonderful care of us.

Someone from the hotel was waiting to pick us up at the train station, which was such a warm and comforting start. We also arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, but the team kindly checked us in without us even having to ask — something we truly appreciated.

The sweet honeymoon note and desserts in our room made the stay feel even more personal and memorable. On our final day, the team also graciously allowed us a late checkout so we could visit Matterhorn Glacier Paradise without stress.

A special thank you to the reception team and concierge desk for being so polite, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed.

We usually do not leave reviews often, but my wife and I were so happy with our stay that we had to share our gratitude. Thank you, BEAUSiTE, for making our honeymoon so special. We will always remember this stay and truly hope to come back one day.

往返車站有貼心接駁專車服務，不用自己拉行李上坡，可以用booking線上回覆或是飯店來函郵件回信預約接駁時間，早餐豐富，接待人員親切，特別給餐廳接待巡場的先生好評

飯店出來即可看到馬特洪峰，去商店街逛街也算近

Cons:

背向山峰側的房間有登山鐵道通過，附近也有部分飯店在施工，介意噪音的人要注意

策馬特周邊常有道路刨除修理工程進行

Pros:

Personnel très professionnel tout en étant extrêmement agréable. Le SPA est très beau et agréable.

Cons:

Seul point moins positif, mais qui n'a pas impacté ma note et dont je tempère l'importance, le duvet était un peu court pour moi (je fais 190 cm).
