Everything, staying here was an absolute privilege and pleasure. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating, they could not do enough for you. The facilities were incredible - top notch, the breakfast was amazing, best buffet breakfast of anywhere I have been and all the little touches made it an incredible experience. There were little snacks in the room every day, fresh water, team and coffee in gorgeous cups, cut crystal containers, octane toiletries, amazing views, I wish I could have stayed for a week, this hotel is a cut above anywhere else I have stayed. The took you to your room to explain how things worked, they had a free shuttle to the station, it was just amazing thank you

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Lage waren Top. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem die Blonde Schweizerin, Ich habe leider den Namen vergessen.

Cons:

Der Aussenpool war im Juli bei 30 Grad immer noch 35 Grad. Zu wenig Aussenliege Plätze, das sind jedoch alles Veloständerprobleme.

This hotel is a gem, and one we will be back to visit. The staff and the facilities are exceptional.
Pros:

Location is fantastic and the room
With a large balcony we were given was exceptional with the most amazing view of
the Matterhorn
