Good location and comfortable room with view of Matterfor
Pros:

Good location close to train station and walking distance to restaurants. View of Matterhorn from our balcony.

Cons:

Bed coverings were too heavy for summer/early fall.

Quiet stay with beautiful views and excellent service with modern accomdations

It was so quiet and clean. Beautiful balcony views and a lot of space for 3 people.

Pros:

Les réceptionnistes ont été très accueillante. la chambre était confortable, très peu de nuisance sonore malgré que l'hôtel se situe dans la rue principale. Le déjeuner était bien et les serveuses à l'écoute. Content de ces deux nuits passé dans cet hôtel !

A very nice hotel and I definately would consider staying there again on another visit to Zermatt!
Pros:

The hotel had wonderful ambience and a comfortable feel. A very nice choice. The breakfast area was excellent w/plenty of tables.

Cons:

I wish I did not have a single room with the bed up in the loft where I had to climb up and down the stairs each time. For certain types of people with any conditions, that could be dangerous. Outside of that the room was really OK for just myself.

Great family hotel. The restaurant caters for children and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

What an amazing hotel. Great rooms, amenities and the restaurant was excellent. Spacious and clean and situated close to the station and everything else.

Pros:

The property was clean and in a good location. SPA is a big plus. People working there are super nice and helpful.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey but we saw the prices were similar in the area in other hotels as well. The breakfast was ok.
