Très bon hôtel bien placé avec un bon restaurant à la carte.
Pros:

L’emplacement avec l’arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel
Le restaurant Bloom (très bonne carte). Petit-déjeuner bon.
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu dur à mon goût et le coussin trop mou.
J’aurai apprécié plus de choix de viennoiserie au petit-déjeuner. Les œufs brouillés étaient trop cuits.

Très bien, confortable et calme
Pros:

Très pratique pour aller au centre--ville et aux musées, près d'un parc, petit déjeuner très bien et café servi à la table ! Chambre très bien insonorisée. Même côté rue, fenêtre fermée on n'entendant pas les voitures alors que la circulation était intense.

Cons:

Il ne manque plus qu'un espace détente sauna... Climatisation un peu bruyante.

Upgrade gebucht… kein Tisch mehr im Restaurant bekommen, obwohl Tische frei waren.
Kellner an der Bar wusste nichts… war zwar sein erster Tag.
Müsste m.E. besser geschult sein, bevor Kundenkontakt

Great room, very clean, got a free upgrade.
Location is amazing and central, but still very quiet.

Cons:

Prices are very high. But then again, this is Switzerland.
