* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

Muy limpio, el personal de recepción y algunos porteros muy amables. Otros poco atentos.

Cons:

Que aunque tiene una buena ubicación cerca a la playa de Copacabana, la calle donde está el hotel por la noche es muy peligrosa. El hotel debería tener seguridad en el exterior. Ellos se dedican a la seguridad interior del hotel, pero no hay seguridad fuera. Nos robaron a 5 metros de la puerta del hotel y los porteros o vigilantes no hicieron nada.

Tudo. Mas duas coisas me chamaram a atenção, primeiro que para tudo tinha um lugar no quarto, não precisei ficar pensando onde colocar a toalha, onde me maquiar, onde apoiar minha mala ou ate onde colocar as escovas de dentes, e meus produtos de cabelo e rosto. Tudo muito pensado para que todas as coisas tivessem seu lugar de ficar. A outra o café da manhã, com muitas opções e muita agilidade nas reposições, os pães não eram só bonitos, eram saborosos, um destaque para o croissant.

Bom custo-benefício para uma viagem para ir ao Rock in Rio

Ótima localização, quarto confortável e espaçoso com itens de comodidade adequados, bom sinal de wi-fi, chuveiro muito bom com toalhas macias. Não utilizei a piscina e o terraço. Na chegada guardamos as malas na recepção, e aguardamos no lobby que era bonito e confortável.

Cons:

Uma das vezes que eu estava voltando para o hotel embaixo de chuva, os funcionários na porta poderiam ter ajudado a gente a descer com guarda-chuva, mas não fizeram nada.
Outro ponto é que, em comparação com o preço do quarto, os serviços adicionais oferecidos e a alimentação eram muito caros, sendo que o quarto já não era barato.

Uma experiência excelente, com atendimento impecável e uma estadia extremamente agradável.

O hotel é excelente! Sem palavras para descrever a experiência.

Gostaria de destacar, em especial, o atendimento dos colaboradores Felipe e Bianca, da Central de Reservas, que foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos e me ajudaram muito na alteração da data da minha reserva, que havia sido feita por engano.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com toda a experiência e, com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel. Recomendo!
