* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.

* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

* Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.

* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.

* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Foi boa no geral e sim retornaria ao hotel.

Café da manhã com variedade de pães e frutas , muito bom.

Cons:

Um dos dias no room Service , o local não emitiu a NF para prestação de contas. Entrei em contato com a recepção e via e-mail e até o momento não recebi a NF.

Cons:

Chão sujo, não trocou água toalha. Deixou sujeira só limpou a cama. Segundo ponto é mais importante, pedir pra subir uma amiga e não deixaram, pagaria a parte o tempo dela lá, não deixaram, não me deram UMA opção de escolhe, nem mesmo a troca de quartos. Uma mulher na ligação a noite. Péssima. Mal educada. Nunca mais volto

Great hotel
Pros:

Spacious room which was cleaned everyday. Close to
Copacabana beach which was great. Friendly staff and room has great air con.

Cons:

TV options were very limited. Gym is very basic with some broken equipment. Check in / check out took a while.
