Hotel con muy buena ubicación y atención en el centro de Copacabana.
Pros:

El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación en que estuvimos amplia. El desayuno es completo y variado.

Cons:

Como recomendación para seguir manteniendo la calidad es recomendable mejorar en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones. La ducha de nuestra habitación era antigua y con falta de mantenimiento por la cal. Por el tipo de habitación se espera que un hotel de 4 estrellas vaya renovando y actualizando ciertos elementos. Sobre el desayuno, para clientes europeos, por ejemplo de España, recomiendo que incluyan la posibilidad de disponer de café descafeinado dentro del desayuno bufé. No es agradable tener que pagar un extra, por poco que sea, si has contratado un servicio de habitación con desayuno cuando hay clientes que consideramos como básico en Europa disponer de café descafeinado o leche sin lactosa o vegetal.

Super vriendelijk (Engels sprekend) vooral de mensen die bij de deur staan zijn super lief en gastvrij ze helpen met alles. Hotel is verder netjes en hygiënisch. Top!

Great hotel to stay at while visiting!
Pros:

We liked that it was clean no major problems! Very close to everything we did while staying in RIO. We loved the restaurant and even got room service and it was great!

The AC unit leaked when left on.
