Una buena opción para hospedarse en Río de Janeiro
Pros:

El trato del personal es fuera del rango normal. Siempre estaban atentos para lo que el huésped necesitara. La limpieza igual. Para que ingresara un huésped nuevo desarmaban la habitación y la desinfectaban como si fuera un sanatorio. Impecable

Cons:

El ruido de los sanitarios de otras habitaciones. En nuestro caso el baño de la otra habitación daba al nuestro y nos despertaba a la noche cada vez que apretaban el botón del inodoro. Deberías insonorizar las habitaciones

Limpeza, localização, atendimento e piscina.

Cons:

Cardápio muito sofisticado, deveria ter opções mais econômicas, porção de fritas, Gurjão de peixe, Gurjão frango, pratos executivos e hambúrguer. Seguindo o padrão da região, utilizei aplicativo Ifood para alimentação.

Pros:

Quarto com bom espaço. Hotel não é dos mais novos, mas tem tudo que se precisa. Cama excelente, chuveiro com bastante água. Banheiro de bom tamanho. Vista da piscina é boa. Copacabana vista de cima não é exatamente bonita, mas ver o mar compensa. Bem no meio da praia de Copacabana, com bom acesso ao metrô

Pros:

Não costumo fazer avaliações no Booking, mas fiz questão de vir aqui agradecer pela minha experiência no Windsor Palace. Além do que eu já sabia (localização excelente, quarto espaçoso, piscina com vista para o mar etc), a equipe especialmente merece todos os elogios. Manobristas e Recepcionistas, todos extremamente cordiais, simpáticos e prestativos, obrigado!

Cons:

Só para não deixar em branco, o único ponto que me incomodou foi o barulho de alguma obra de manhã, bem alto no quarto. Sei que isso foge ao controle do Hotel, mas o isolamento acústico não é tão bom.

Pros:

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, and we felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Top Lage mitten in Rio an der Copacabana.
Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, saubere Handtücher und Betten.

Puro disfrute
Pros:

El trato del personal siempre fue amable, cordial, dispuestos a ayudar en todo. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a 1 cuadra de la playa y cerca del subte, restaurants, comercios, shoppings, etc en Copacabana. El desayuno era variado, fresco y lo reponen constantemente. En cuanto a la habitación, era muy amplia, silenciosa, con un buen blackout para impedir el paso de la luz por la noche/madrugada, con un balcón con una hermosa vista y la cama era muy pero muy cómoda. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en todo momento. El sector de la pileta/terraza tiene una vista abierta espectacular, desde donde podes observar la playa de Copacabana, el Pan de Azúcar, el Cristo.

Cons:

En la habitación podrían mejorar algunos puntos: las almohadas, más lugar de guardado (era muy poco espacio, un placard pequeño con tan sólo 3 cajones), al menos en nuestra habitación teníamos una sola mesa de luz lo que era un poco incómodo, sumar un sillón individual (porque sólo contas con una silla y luego, en el balcón, una mesa de vidrio y dos sillas de caño).
El gimnasio: la verdad no se puede llamar gimnasio a un espacio diminuto con 2 cintas caminadoras, 1 bicicleta, 1 elíptica, 1 colchoneta y algunas mancuernas. Eso me decepcionó.
