Cleanliness
2.5
Consistently negative in reviews: dirty carpets, smoke and sewer odors, stained carpets, dust, cigarette and marijuana smells, mold, hairs and trash found in rooms and hallways.
Service
7
Mixed-to-positive: multiple mentions of friendly/helpful staff, easy check-in, extended stays allowed, and good housekeeping in some stays — service cited as a redeeming factor despite property issues.
Location
7
Generally positive comments: convenient for transit, nearby service stations, plenty of parking and a well-lit parking lot; location seen as practical for short stays.
Room Quality
3
Negative details: small rooms, uncomfortable/old beds and pillows, holes in mattress covers, plugged shower heads, AC problems, outdated toilets and general wear and tear.
Amenities
4.5
Mixed and inconsistent: breakfast offerings varied from 'excellent' to 'pretty lame', limited in-room supplies (e.g., single coffee pod, missing soap/shampoo), and some basic facility shortfalls.
Value for Money
5.5
Mixed perceptions: several reviewers noted good value or that it was 'worth the money' for a quick stop, while others felt the condition degraded the value proposition.
Food and Beverage
5
Split sentiment on breakfast: some report an excellent, well-stocked breakfast while others found limited choices (small bagels, donuts) and unimpressive offerings.
Overall Experience
4.7
Overall mixed-to-negative: many reviewers would not recommend due to cleanliness and maintenance issues, though a subset had satisfactory stays thanks to staff, location, or breakfast.

Pros:

Would not recommend. The facilities were very dirty and in poor condition. The carpets were stained and had bad odors. Even though my room was non-smoking, there was a smoke odor throughout the floor. The room was dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Positive: A friendly woman staff member assisted me during check-in and check-out.

Pros:

Very noisy hallways. You can hear people coming and going down the hallways inside your room. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were awful. No elevator. Black mold in the bathroom.

Pros:

The place is really rundown and the rooms were dirty. Pop bottle under the bed, shaving hairs on the sink surface, etc. Only stay there if you are despite for a bed and bath.
