Cleanliness
5.2
Mixed but leaning negative: multiple reports of urine/mold smells, stained/dirty carpets and general lack of cleanliness; a few guests noted clean rooms.
Service
5.6
Inconsistent: several guests reported inattentive or unfriendly staff (staff on personal calls, reservation issues), while others experienced neutral front-desk interactions.
Location
8.7
Strong for convenience: repeatedly cited as close to the interstate and the AQHA museum; some concerns about surrounding area security and parking access at night.
Room Quality
5
Below average: multiple reports of uncomfortable/sunken beds, broken fixtures (doors, toilet, fridge), and worn furniture, though some rooms were adequate for short stays.
Amenities
8.3
Generally functional: on-site laundry and working Wi-Fi were noted positively; breakfast/basic offerings, no elevator and tight parking lowered the rating.
Value for Money
8.6
Perceived as good value by several guests for short stays or budget travel; a few felt the price was still high for the condition.
Food and Beverage
5.6
Below average: breakfast described as very basic, limited choices, issues like orange juice being a mix and broken coffee maker reported.
Overall Experience
8.2
Mixed overall: some guests found it acceptable for a one-night, budget stay due to location and price; others found cleanliness, security and service issues significant enough to leave negative impressions.

All we did was sleep so it was pretty ok
Pros:

Beds were reasonably comfortable and a/c worked well.

Cons:

We had a room that the shower did not work but a very small stream of water. The shower head was pulled out from the wall and we never noticed anything until the morning when we were going to need it! The shower curtain was covering it and we both shower in the morning! NOT THIS TIME! Had to take washcloth baths! I reported this to the checkout lady. She apologized and made a work request! But there should have been some kind of price adjustment!

Large room
Pros:

Large room, large bathroom. Super clean room with the exception of tub surround (you could see old mold in the caulking). Loved the art!

Cons:

Seeing old mold in caulk line in tub surround. I asked about a ice machine upon check-in, was told the location then found out it was broken so had to go buy ice for our water cups.

Pros:

The AC was cold, that was about it.

Cons:

Breakfast was really bad, had two very small containers of cereal, barley enough for 3 or 4 people and no milk for the cereal and no one attending to ask for help. Bananas were black. Roach on wall in room as soon as I walked in.

Definitely older hotel. Needs new carpet

No bells or whistles but grateful to have a place to sleep and shower .
Pros:

Average

Cons:

Perhaps I didn’t read the breakfast portion correctly because it consisted of oatmeal packets. Hotel was very dated

Sleep & go
Pros:

Carpet was clean.bed was clean. Mattress was fine. Pillows were fine. Nothing stood out. We just needed to sleep for a few hours. Glad we were not staying longer.

Cons:

Towels were thin. Blankets were thin. Full size beds? Barely breakfast. No elevator. It was less pricey, but still too much for what we got.
