There’s a room for improvement given that there facilities seem to be newly renovated
Pros:

Clean and available parking spots

Cons:

Breakfast meals option needs to bee improved and learn from others hotels where they have buffet.
Room entertainment and internet were disastrous. I had to use my phone data

Pros:

Location was excellent to all other locations ie shopping, downtown area and my friend’s place.

Cons:

I will not want to visit your hotel again. And where was the complementary room coffee. Nothing!
Pros:

Rooms were modernized

Cons:

The bedroom mattress were very uncomfortable and made some squeaky noises when moving around. Additionally one staff member said I could the 15% card at the restaurant for either breakfast or dinner but when my party of 8 decided to use the hotel’s dining area for breakfast the manager said the discount was good for dinner only. There was also a discrepancy between what staff said was a check in time versus what was on your website. Clearly in both cases communication was poor.

Pros:

Courtoisie de tous les membres du personnel (front desk, femmes de chambres, etc.), incluant aussi ceux du restaurant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est grand, très propre et avec une bonne ambiance. Le menu est varié et les quatre repas que nous avons essayés étaient excellent.

Cons:

Seul bémol, le robinet de douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien; le mécanisme semblait brisé. Mais on a pu contourner le problème.

Nice Stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was Awesome. All Staff Very Friendly. Room was decorated Nicely. Comfortable Bed..I would recommend Doubletree by Hilton Kingston. If in area I would stay again.

Not up to brand standards by a mile
Pros:

What's the deal with this hotel? Does it solely exist to troll Hilton enthusiasts into hating the brand? You have 7 parking spaces out front and the remaining in your neighbouring lot to share a km away, your elevator is another 100 yards walk from the front door as well.
You don't offer guests coffee in the lobby which is atrocious for the brand expectations and you took my reservation for the shortest walk to the lobby on the lowest floor available at booking (2, because 1 is NEVER available) and switched my booking to the furthest possible room in the hotel from the lobby, top floor, furthest room on the opposite end. I have mobility issues that make it painful to walk. Lastly, why does my room smell like peroxide? You're a bunch of trolls for this. Thanks for nothing!

Clean and well-maintained property with friendly staff, but the dirty pool and lack of hospitality at the front desk aff
Pros:

Property was good well maintained, the girl at check out was very nice.

Cons:

Swimming pool was very dirty, hairs were everywhere, water was dirty, found underwear under the bed , breakfast is charged for extra meals , nothing was mentioned when we booked , the guy at the front counter was good but could be more hospitable asked for few more cookies for kids and he said no , couldn’t digest that .

Heard a lot of noise from the hallway, and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom wouldn’t stay in position.

The location is perfect and allows quick access to Hwy 401 and the rest of Kingston.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the appliances offered for our use were in good shape, and the heating and cooling unit worked accurately. The blinds and the curtains did a great job of keeping out the lights. we did not take advantage of the pool or any work out rooms but in talking to other patrons the area was clean.

Cons:

Some mild issues with dispensers in the bathroom as their mounting screws did not have anchors and therefore are teetering or had been pulled out by past guests. Our only complaint would be that we were housed directly across from the exist stairs on the 3rd floor. While quick access in an emergency is a good thing, the hardware on the door was not installed entirely correctly. When it closed the panic/crash bar trim connected with the latch creating a loud noise and the door closer function was not calibrated as it slammed shut creating a louder noise. I would recommend to maintenance that all doors and their hardware be checked.
