Clean and well-maintained property with friendly staff, but the dirty pool and lack of hospitality at the front desk aff
Pros:

Property was good well maintained, the girl at check out was very nice.

Cons:

Swimming pool was very dirty, hairs were everywhere, water was dirty, found underwear under the bed , breakfast is charged for extra meals , nothing was mentioned when we booked , the guy at the front counter was good but could be more hospitable asked for few more cookies for kids and he said no , couldn’t digest that .

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Pleasant room, with modern furnishings that are in good condition. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Heard a lot of noise from the hallway, and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom wouldn’t stay in position.

The location is perfect and allows quick access to Hwy 401 and the rest of Kingston.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the appliances offered for our use were in good shape, and the heating and cooling unit worked accurately. The blinds and the curtains did a great job of keeping out the lights. we did not take advantage of the pool or any work out rooms but in talking to other patrons the area was clean.

Cons:

Some mild issues with dispensers in the bathroom as their mounting screws did not have anchors and therefore are teetering or had been pulled out by past guests. Our only complaint would be that we were housed directly across from the exist stairs on the 3rd floor. While quick access in an emergency is a good thing, the hardware on the door was not installed entirely correctly. When it closed the panic/crash bar trim connected with the latch creating a loud noise and the door closer function was not calibrated as it slammed shut creating a louder noise. I would recommend to maintenance that all doors and their hardware be checked.

Good option in Kingston!
Pros:

Stayed for four nights while attending an event on location. The hotel is nothing special but it delivers a good value.
Common areas are clean and inviting.
The rooms are large enough with a very good bathroom.
Bed and pillows are good enough.
Two notes that drive the 4 stars. The isolation towards the hallways is quite bad and you can hear everything in the room. Also, the restaurant has a nice menu but service is extremely slow.
Overall a good stay!

A Comfortable Place to Stay
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room a good size and the staff was lovely.

Cons:

Luckily we were able to park there, but there was only one handicap parking spot near the front door and one around the corner.

Pros:

breakfast was good value and room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

i put in notes of reservation that I was travelling with 2 people with mobility issues and the walk to the room was very long, the room was hot, set to 73 when we arrived

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious room, decent gym, friendly staff

Cons:

Gym is in a different building, not obvious when to use key cards to get around the building doors, and elevators are far away from the entrance. Rooms don't have a microwave and the mini fridge was too cold it acted as a freezer. Breakfast not included - many hotels at similar price point in southern Ontario include continental breakfast at no extra cost.

Completely not worth the money.
Cons:

Freezing cold shower at night and in the morning. Zero hot water. When we left in morning the lady at the front desk said it was fixed right before the 11 check out time. I had to plead for compensation. They never let guests know there was an issue. For $360 for the night this was an unacceptable way to handle an issue. The lobby floor was a mess. The door ways and walls needed cleaning. The parking lot was not shovelled. The tv in room was not connected to internet so nothing wired and took a great deal of time to resolve. The small bottled water in the room was $3.50 a bottle.

Lovely and will be back again. I usually try to find a gptwl which has a breakfast included!

Wish it included breakfast in the price for even greater convenience. As well a continental breakfast is much faster than a sit down meal.
