The hotel and staff were inviting. It was clean and the coffee bar was always stocked.
I was led to believe they have a working hot tub. They do not. That was part of the reason my husband and I chose this hotel.
The pool was cold. The hot tub was broke and in the transportation to the airport, I didn't have. What's your ad says it did? I'd say they had a pool, a hot tub transportation to the airport, not
Staff was very helpful. Made great effort to attend to guest needs.
Terribly understaffed. Perhaps this is the norm now but it’s difficult to watch one person manage the front desk, checking people in, taking calls, making rounds making sure the pool is maintained, while also making sure the breakfast is cooked and supplied.
Area and staff.
They didn't have no bacon for breakfast. Add that to it please. Also when will I get my 50 dollars deposit back?
Do not ever consider this hotel esp if you have kids!!!!!!! The overwhelming smell of drugs and broken elevators are disturbing!!! Loud construction “workers”. Mold in the tub. no no no
location and price
A deluxe king room was OK but being that the room wrapped around the elevator made it very noisy. Bathroom was poor with peeling paint on the soap dish and dated handles. Wouldn't dream of taking a shower there. Cable TV was primitive and impossible to figure out. Being 45 minutes early for check-in, was told there would be a $25 charge for early check-in. Not acceptable.
No hangers in the room. Very limited drawer space. The smoke detector in the room had no cover on it nor did it have any power supply.
I enjoy to the point i an booked again for three New Years me and my family
Not a whole lot
No hot water , too noisy, double charge
The hot tub was broken, the ice machine was broken forcing us to go to the third floor for ice. There was no stopper for the tub and when I turned on the water, black debris came out. The water was blue. Carpet was dirty, sheets were dirty and bathroom floor was filthy. I will not be staying in another LaQuinta hotel again. My rate was higher than other hotels in the area. ($139)
Everything
Wow, where to begin. First of all the reception at the front desk. A young gal shows up in jeans and a shirt, not very presentable. Then she gives me my room key, tells me what floor and what room with two men standing right behind me. What happened to not sharing that information out loud for security and safety reasons? The bath tub was deplorable with cracks along the entire bathtub. The room itself was clean but the bathtub was a so bad so I asked for another room. Got another room and the bathtub was not much better. The drain area was so worn out, the handle was lose and again complete cracking around the tub. If I was at a hotel where I was being charged $70 a night, I could understand, but this is under the branding of a Wyndham! (Wyndham, are you listening!!) Someone needs to come in and at least calk so it looks more presentable. Next, no hot water. They did get it "fixed" but the water was more like warm. The drain in the bathroom sink was a slow drain. There was no soap at the sink. After my first night, I left for the day to come back to see that there had been no housekeeping or fresh towels. I didn't need sheets changed and I want to be a good patron of my environmental footprint; however, when I called to find out about housekeeping I was told they only do it on WEDNESDAYS! Again, this is a Wyndham brand hotel. But, in the bathroom there is a sign (which I do have pics) that says every three days housekeeping comes in. So which is it? From my experience, I put my money on Wednesdays. This was not a $125/night hotel - not even close. Stay away! And if you are the management reading this or a Wyndham representative, remember that these reviews are TEACHING you about your service and products and not doing something about it is a huge mistake!
