Decent value but definitely needs some fixing up.
Pros:

Location was very good. Easy access to everything you need.

Cons:

Room could use improvement. Tub was old and dirty. Room was generally clean but very old and worn. Acceptable for a short stay. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple days there.

Lots of things broken down or out of use. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cons:

The hot tub was broken down, my room didn’t have any shampoo or body wash or toilet paper and didn’t look like it was cleaned well enough. The people next-door were screaming almost the entire time to where we had to make a noise complaint. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros:

Sausage was not cooked properly and the staff got rude when I didn’t open the waffle maker right away

Convenient, not as quiet as it could be.
Pros:

The breakfast had a good variety and the area was very clean. The pool was a nice feature, and was busy each night.

Cons:

The hallway noise was amplified by the gap under the front door. It was so loud, it awakened my senior mother both nights, and the second night I needed to use white noise on my phone. There was not any designated handicapped parking. The HVAC wall unit desperately needs a cleaning. One light bulb out in the room. All lights were too bright, we had to move the desk light into the bathroom for my mom. The LED's are just too bright. Hot tub was closed indefinitely, and this was not noted online.
