Had a great stay. We have stayed there several times and will return.
Pros:

Location is great. The price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly. Facility has indoor and outdoor pool. Beachfront on the Bay, one block from the ocean. Covered parking. Beautiful sunsets over the bay.

Cons:

Ventilation system was very noisy. Reported to staff.
Several wall outlets had no power. Reported to staff.

Appliance, wall decor could be modern needs a little upgrade and sofa bed was uncomfortable very flat needs a new sofa mattress.

Okay Hotel
Pros:

Customer service was good. Room access, bar, and availability of pools were good.

Cons:

Parking could become difficult. There was a persistent chemical snell throughout our stay. It only got vinegary and worse after housekeeping came in. The shower water pressure was trash. Our bathtub was caving in in the middle. No breakfast, and pool kinda closed too early. Room was very damp, so there had to have been mold.

It was very relaxing, definitely what we were looking for.

Cons:

Was unable to get housekeeping for clean towels. We were told they didn’t have any. Blow dryer in room didn’t work they did come and replace it. Over all the building could use some maintenance.

Not as advertised. Could have been a lot better.
Pros:

Location and the roof top pool was nice.

Cons:

Drain was blocked in the shower and couldn’t shower. Toilet flushed slowly and daughter was afraid it would overflow.

Only 2 towels in unit when they knew a family of 6 was coming. Had to go to front to request more towels and bed linen for the pull out sofa.

Advertised as 650 SQFT, was no where near that size. It was a standard size room. No more than 400 sqft if that and size was a determining factor in our decision.

Parking lot was covered in trash in the morning. My kids and I were stepping over trash trying to pack the car.

Close to beach

Cons:

Online pictures look better than the hotel in person. Leaky faucet, mildew smell in room, tub with permanent stains. We were told they were booked and could not get anymore accommodations. They make it complicated to even giving some money back.
