Had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Pros:

Great atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were always on hand to help with any questions or little problems you may have

Cons:

Only dropped a star due to not having any drinking water points around the hotel to refill your own bottles. Had to keep remembering to buy it from the little local supermarket.

Rien ! Mais si on veut être jusqu’au boutiste : il manque une petite poubelle dans la chambre .

Lovely spot overlooking the ocean. Nice poolside and breakfast areas. Really nice room.

Cons:

Lack of water in the room, coffee but no milk, no water in the gym (?), 5 euros for ice in the room. Lack of itemised bill on checkout. It just didn't feel 5 star.

Fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn er schoon, de schoonmakers kwamen 2x per dag. Nu was het ook erg rustig in het hotel. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en zeer goed.

Cons:

De kamers zijn vrij gehorig. Qua locatie ligt het rustig, wil je dus naar het wat bruisende deel dan kan je lopen of met de taxi.

Une grande déception, tant sur le service que sur le confort.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des buffets du petit-déjeuner, ainsi que le petit restaurant italien, qui était excellent et proposait une cuisine de grande qualité.

Cons:

Il n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le personnel n’était pas à la hauteur et plusieurs éléments de base manquaient dans la salle de bain, comme des cotons-tiges ou un bonnet de douche, ainsi que des pantoufles. De plus, le ménage n’était pas fait correctement. J’ai été très déçue par cette expérience et je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel aux personnes recherchant confort et qualité de service.
