Walking into this hotel was better than you could have possibly imagined. The pool area made you think that you were on the Amalfi coast. It had a Private little beach she could walk down to swim. By the pool every day there was a DJ playing really nice relaxing music. The breakfast buffet style had everything you could possibly imagine. It was very impressive. The rooms were beautiful. Our view were spectacular beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Turn down Service every night. 80% of the staff were absolutely amazing and super friendly. I did find the receptionist a little cold to deal with. I think if they had been a little bit more helpful and personalised this place would be a 10 out of 10. It is the type of resort you do not want to leave. I would definitely be back again.
I just wish this receptionist Staff could’ve been a little bit friendlier and gone above and beyond. You could not fault the hotel in any other way.
A estetica do hotel é maravilhosa! O conceito italiano está muito bem conseguido e preservado.
O serviço fica ligeiramente aquém das 5*. Staff da piscina eram super atenciosos mas o serviço era lento. O pequeno-almoço era otimo mas ficava cheio com facilidade. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos era mesmo a pior característica.

Attention to detail - an iconic hotel that literally takes you to the Italian Riviera. The staff and people who run the hotel are the best I have experienced - kind, caring, seamless with their effort.
Food and drink at the hotel are first-rate - a breakfast buffet to be in awe of. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
