Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente und freundlichem Service, aber mit Schwächen bei Zimmergröße, Sauberkeit und Frü
Pros:

Das Hotel Mongibello ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer tollen Atmosphäre und viel Charme. Besonders das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Als wir ein Zimmer hatten, in dem ein unangenehmer Geruch war, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert und wir haben unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen – das fanden wir wirklich sehr positiv.

Cons:

Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel persönlich nicht als klassisches Fünf-Sterne-Hotel einstufen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und bieten nur wenig Platz, um Koffer oder persönliche Dinge unterzubringen. Auch die Sauberkeit entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz dem Niveau, das wir bei fünf Sternen erwarten würden.

Beim Frühstück sehen wir ebenfalls Verbesserungspotenzial. Für Eierspeisen musste man oft lange anstehen, da diese nur von einer Person frisch zubereitet wurden, wodurch sich regelmäßig Warteschlangen bildeten.

Pros:

We love Mongibello hotel, service and staff are great, breakfast and food very high quality, the location is perfect with a quiet beach underneath to jump in the sea, we love the music and the vintage vibe and is perfect quality for price. It's our third stay and we'll keep on coming and recommend it to others.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel, nur ein uralter Schuppen neu gestrichen. Preis-/Leistung extrem schlecht
Pros:

eigentlich überhaupt nichts. Die Lage ist schlecht. Zwischen Pool und Mehr sind nur Betonplatten. Die Auswahl am Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, wird auch allegemein gelobt, aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel auch nicht entsprechend. Bin Vielreisender und immer nur in 5 Sterne Hotels, aber das war das schlechtestet weltweit.

Cons:

Achtung!!! Das ist Hotel entspricht nicht der Kathegorie 5 Sterne. Absolut unverständlich wie dieses Hotel diese Einstufung bekommen hat. Maximal ein 3 Sterne Standard. Hotel st auch nicht neu. Es ist uralt und wurde lediglich renoviert und hat einen anderen Namen bekommen. Die Stanard Zimmer haben maximal 20qm und sind so klein, dass man nicht einmal die Koffer öffnen konnte. Wir haben den Sessel auf den Balkon gestellt um uns im Zimmer überhaupt drehen zu können. Die Vorhänge waren nicht kompeltt dicht, daher konnten wir das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln. Die Zimmer und das komplette Hotel wurden nur kosmetisch verschönert damit es nach was aussehen soll, was es aber nicht ist, alles uralt. Bin beim Frühstück 20 min. für Eier angestanden. Personal total unfreundlich. Preis, Leistung und Lage absolut ungenügend. Auch keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Nur für Suiten gibt es ein paar. Die Betten waren extrem hart. Zusammengefasst: Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
