Pros:

The property is situated perfectly for families. It is close to the beach but still afford some seclusion from the crowded streets.

Cons:

The restaurant closed and it is a pitty that thereb s no breakfast option available. The sleeper couch needs a bit off a upgrade as well.

Pros:

Location and staff are very nice staff are helpful and friendly esp the reception staff 10/10

Cons:

Noise from bars downstairs is unbelievable we had to change rooms after our first night
Air con is very loud
We had to get the air con repaired 3 times as it was blowing hot air

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offered great privacy for our family, which made our stay even more relaxing.

The view from the room was beautiful, and we really appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and a microwave, making it easy to prepare our own meals.

Although we could hear some music at night, it wasn't loud or disturbing at all. We slept very well every night. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Location was good, rooms were large and spacious.

Cons:

Loud, mouldy air-conditioning. Beds were hard as a rock. No resort bar or any facilities at all. Terrible compared to other centara. Do not recommend.

Good view and spacious house, nice to relax in

Cons:

The aircon is very very loud and the balcony keep getting aircon water leakage until a big puddle forms. The shower is very hard to get the correct temperature, its either tooo hot or too cold

Great location to the beach, shops, local markets and laundry. Very spacious sized appartments.
Pros:

Great location. The appartments are huge. Staff are very friendly, rooms are serviced daily if you want it. Fresh bottled water delivered to the room daily which was great.

Cons:

Very loud music every night from the bars until 1 am if you are on that side of the building. Hot water wasn’t very hot but still manageable.

Hotel lacks soundproofing
Pros:

The ocean view, service and location was great.

Cons:

There were some issues with the room that detracted from the stay. The main one was that the soundproofing is not very good and music was heard late at night each night which made it more difficult to sleep. Also, one of the airconditioners didnt work which they did promptly repair however. And lastly, there was water leaking through the screendoors into the main area and one of the bedrooms from the rain. I think this hotel is in need of renovations.

We had a great time at Waterfront Suites it had everything we needed and the staff were very welcoming and helpful
Pros:

Handy location. Close to beach restaurants and 2 7/11's out the front. Brilliant really!!

Cons:

I didn't dislike the property at all
