My friends and I appreciated the professional attitude of the staff most of all.
Pros:

The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The breakfast had a lot of good variety of fruits and juices. I chose to stay in a small economy room, but it was extremely comfortable and more than adequate for my needs. When we arrived before checkin, they let us leave our luggage while we did some sightseeing. After checkout, when we still had hours until our flight, they again allowed us to leave our luggage (without charging us) while we explored the city some more. The staff was extremely courteous.

Cons:

I really have no complaints. For the price I was paying I expected simplicty, but got much more.

Adorei a localização, os funcionários bem educados, o café da manhã maravilhoso, o quarto aconchegante. Eu escolhi um quarto de solteiro pra passar somente uma noite, e mesmo assim ele atendeu minha expectativa.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha cobertor, somente um lençol para se cobrir, e me fez dormir muito mal. Porque não dava para desligar o ar condicionado, porque não tinha circulação de ar, e não dava para ficar com ele ligado, porque eu morria de frio. Não tinha telefone no quarto para falar com a recepção. Isso fez com que minha estadia não fosse boa, pois fui a negócios para o Rio, cheguei tarde para descansar e poder voltar para minha cidade e ainda ir trabalhar, no entanto, não dormi direito.  Da próxima vez eu levo o cobertor.

A localização é boa. Tem vários restaurantes e bares próximos e está distante duas quadras da orla.
O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser mais variado.
As camas são confortáveis.

Cons:

A limpeza é péssima.
Banheiro encardido. Toalhas de banho velhas e encardidas.
Já tinha lido outras avaliações sobre a existência de baratas. Encontrei uma enorme no banheiro no 1° dia da hospedagem. Se encontramos nos quartos e banheiros, imaginem como está a parte de alimentação. Ou seja, o hotel precisa urgente de imunização contra esse tipo de inseto.
As instalações do hotel precisam de manutenção.
