Wonderful experience and
Pros:

The hotel decor was exquisite. The furnishings of our room were of very high quality, thoughtful design and full of character. Very comfy beds. Excellent food and service. Friendly and down to earth staff who were always courteous and happy to help.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say really. Could have provided shower caps for convenience.

Comfortable but some accessibility issues.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean. Well appointed with good quality furnishings and staff very helpful.

Cons:

There were steps to the hotel and to the ground floor bedrooms. Not suitable for wheelchair bound residents. No accessible rooms with grab rails or seat but was told that chair and suction held grab available if needed but not offered. This should be advertised on website.

Fabulous, met all our expectations.
Pros:

Excellent in every way. Friendly helpful staff throughout. Very comfortable and our room (12) had a fabulous view across Loch Feochan

Would have been great, except for the lack of air conditioning
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, room styling

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning in room was a real problem. I've stayed in budget hotels with full air conditioning, so no real excuse not to have air conditioning in rooms in a hotel of this standard. Ground floor room with sash window that only opened upwards meant the window had to be left closed overnight adding to the temperature of the room.

Pros:

Heel goed gelegen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Mooi hotel in Schotse stijl. Zeer hondvriendelijk. Mand en bakje op de kamer, treats aan het ontbijt. Eten: ontbijt en dinner bijzonder lekker. Goede gins en ook de scones zijn superlekker! Ruime kamer met een comfortabel kingsized bed

Cons:

De badkamer vond ik iets minder. Was ruim maar slechts een zeer kleine douche.
